Adjustable stool for Reiki

I love this chair, great value. I will be ordering a second one and I will not hesitate to order from this site. I had a question about the stool and I texted them a message and a real person called me to answer my question, you don't find customer service like this very often.

Frustrated with the customer service.

I have ordered a facial steamer, towel warmer and a mag lamp from spa and equipment. I am very happy with all three. As for my last experience I am very reluctant to order from spa and equipment again.
I ordered my mag lamp, received it quickly which I thought was awesome. I opened the box and went over the directions and what parts it had. According to the parts list I was missing a part. And one of the screws was not fitting into the base. I called and was told that they always double check their shipments so that there couldn't be a part missing. After arguing about that, I asked to do an exchange and was told I'd have to pay a 15% restocking fee and more shipping. I totally disagree with that. I felt the staff was condescending when speaking with me. I was pretty angry on the phone.
I then decided to reopen the box and go thru it again. My husband came down to my shop to help me. We discovered that all my parts were there but that they had sent me the wrong directions and parts list. Very frustrating. As for the screw that didn't fit my husband mickey moused it enough to fit, rather than exchange it and pay a restocking fee and more shipping.
I'm sorry but I'm not sure I will be ordering again.

So far so good!!

Bought a new Cleo pedicure chair.. Excited when I got it.. Started hooking everything up and realized it didn't have a drain pump on it!!!.. Make sure you order a drain pump unless you have a drain in the ground.. Other than that everything was good.. Love the chair!!

It's OKAY

I've had this chair for 3 days and the back bolts are already loose. I'm very disappointed and not sure what to do. I've tightened them up and they still get loose. This was not a cheap chair. . :(

Great customer service!

Super super helpful customer service agents dealing with a large order and a product that is on backorder that will ship later than the rest. This company was so easy to work with, very efficient, got back to me when they promised they would. I could not be happier.
I know the products I ordered will be fantastic. I ordered 4 Spa Procedure beds and 4 towel warmers from them. I'm sure I'll be back to order more based on this transaction.

Not worth the expense and bother.

When I ordered my beauty stool the picture showed a ring around the bottom. I was looking for this feature. What I rec'd doesn't have this. I called and was told that stool is no longer available even though the catalog has it listed. I will not pay the restocking fee and postage to return this item, therefore, I'll keep it and be done with it, but never be completely happy either.

The delivery was on time and very nice and my equipment was excellent I am very happy with the entire process from my sale man Edmond to the delivery man thanks for having excellent customer service.

I've ordered from them a few times and I'll continue to do so again.

I ordered from another company out of Sacramento and they didn't stand behind their cheap, made in China products. An employee at that Sacramento company used my credit card info to order pizza and had it delivered to their home. Lol
Decided it was time to find a new company so I used spa and equipment that I found on the internet. I've ordered a few times and only had a problem with one thing but they fixed it immediately. Ed went above and beyond to satisfy this customer. I will continue to do business with this company because of him!!!
