Today I had to frantically book a spa…

Today I had to frantically book a spa break away for my mum's 60th birthday that's soon approaching and had an absolute nightmare trying to navigate any booking system online. Happened to stumble across this website and phoned the number to be greeted by amazingly helpful customer service. A huge thank you to Rebecca, you were so helpful and easy to talk to :) it's a huge relief to know we have something booked in such little time! We're all looking forward to it. Thank you!

Excellent customer service

Used this third party company (Spa and Hotel Break) for the first time. Had to reschedule spa break several times due to Covid and my friend having difficulty committing to new dates. Have to say the customer service was excellent!!!! I think the lady I spoke to several times was called Jane (could be wrong) and her professional and friendly manner was awesome. I would definitely use this company again.

Sue was a fantastic help throughout

Sue was a fantastic help throughout, I’ve had to reorganise for the third time due to covid 19 with a number of changes and each time they were so accommodating. Would definitely recommend this company !

Amazing service!

I made a booking with this company today for a spa night away for a party of 9 people in October l. Within a few hours I had to change it to a party of 11, so I emailed them after 5:30 on a Friday and within 5 mins they were on the phone to help me. Amazing service, thank you soo much Rebecca!

Professional team

my booking has been amended 3 times due to Covid-19. At all times during these changes I have been kept informed and the changes have been made without any issues The team have been extremely helpful and polite throughout will definitely use them again.

Excellent service!

Excellent communication and prompt responses! Organising a large booking (13 people) isn't easy but thanks to Sue and Rebecca, they have made it so seamless from start to finish. After our original accommodation was cancelled, I had to go back to the drawing board and I am so glad I came across spaandhotelbreak.co.uk. Everything from the initial enquiry to the package deals were so clearly laid out and in budget. We can now relax and get excited for our hen weekend away! I will definitely be recommending the service to others. Thank you!

Helpful and Professional Service

I have had to reschedule my Spa booking twice due to Government Covid restrictions and have found the staff friendly, professional and supportive. Sue provided excellent guidance which made rebooking my wider family spa treat, stress free. I will certainly be recommending this company to family and friends and it goes without saying, I will be using them again.

4 of us were looking to book an…

4 of us were looking to book an overnight spa stay, however we had difficulty in doing it on the website due to availability with the new covid restrictions. We sent an enquiry email and Sue replied to us and after a few email exchanges to clarify our options and requirements we manage to book what we wanted. Sue was brilliant, even doing this on a weekend as we work full time during the week. Great service and would definetely recommend and use them again!

Excellent friendly service

I have now rebooked with Sue who dealt with the rebooking and treatment times very promptly. Sue responded to my initial email within hours - very impressive!! Will definitely use for my future spa breaks in the future! 5****

Update

Update March 2021 - Spa and Hotel Break have been far more accommodating as the pandemic has progressed. All vouchers have been extended and the advisors have contacted me and moved our booking a number of times without any hassle or issues. Well done for reviewing your procedures and policies and helping your customers enjoy your services

Very poor customer service unfortunately. We were bought a gift voucher for Christmas 2019 and I enquired about an extension to the expiry given the year we’ve had so far with the Covid 19 pandemic. I was told that they would extend it from the end of November 2020 to the 24th December 2020 and that any further extension would be at my cost. I explained that I felt this was very poor customer service, given that hotels are barely open, spa services still aren’t and we certainly aren’t back to anything like normality. Other voucher redemption companies are extending expiry dates into 2021 as a measure of good faith but I was told in no uncertain terms that I still had five months left to use the voucher so it would not be extended. Shocking customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone - there are far better hotel and spa booking services available. Also can’t use the voucher online - what’s the point of that in this day and age?

I arranged a 40th birthday treat for my…

I arranged a 40th birthday treat for my daughter to be taken in May but, of course, the awful virus made it impossible for us to go on this break. I contacted the Company and they responded to my email promptly stating that I could rebook and I was even allowed to rebook for a weekday in August which is good news as my daughter is a keyworker and is restricted when she can have time off in the week. All the staff deserve a clap because they were efficient throughout the emails and I cannot thank them enough for their professional attitude despite the virus and they themselves coping with all paperwork during this awful time.

Two friends with their sisters were…

Two friends with their sisters were looking for a night away in a spa hotel, and after hours of searching the internet, reading reviews we finally chose The Oxford Thames Hotel which is one of the De Vere hotels.
Our booking was through Spaandhotelbreak, and they were excellent. Much cheaper than other websites and the booking process was easy and the communication was superb. Would absolutely recommend and we will be using them again for future breaks. We saved at least £50pp which included a room upgrade.
Upon arrival at the hotel, and in view of the price we had paid we were a little cynical but it was beyond expectation. I had read negative reviews regarding this hotel, which I am astonished by. Our purpose was to catch up, visit Oxford, have a dip in the pool etc., then dinner and drinks. We didn't have any Spa treatments so I cant comment on that area. Ticked all those boxes and we were lucky enough to sit on our lovely patio area with a glass of bubbles, another bonus.
Cannot fault the hotel, and Spaandhotelbreak which is now our go to for bookings.
