Super helpful, great deals found and our party of 6 had a fantastic time celebrating my daughters 18th.
Hotel was beautiful, spa and facilities were exactly as advised, rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining.
Definitely recommend booking through Spa and Hotel Breaks.

I was very sceptical because (as a graphic designer) the website didn’t look great and things were very cheap! But I was proved wrong! I had Becky help me who was such a great help, I was being very difficult as it was for my 21st birthday and I left it very late but she was awesome and found be some really great deals!! So thank you so much Becky!

Fantastic, efficient and friendly service !
Me and my partner wanted a last minute spa break and booked one on line with another company. The next day they advised us that they had not updated their website and the hotel was fully booked. They could not offer an alternative and told me I would have to wait four days for a refund.
I then contacted Spa and Hotel Break and they advised me that they would look into the hotel I had chosen to make sure it was still definitely available and if not they would find me an alternative. Sure enough I got a call back later that day to confirm the availability and confirm what treatments we would like. It was so nice to talk to someone and not a machine and feel reassured that our booking was secure. This is a family run business with very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely use them again and would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service. We just recently booked a spa break and couldn't recommend this company enough and especially Rebecca, she was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Everything was done for us down to booking all our treatments and meals times, it really was very quick and easy. Thank you so much, we will definitely being using this company again.

Excellent service. I was looking for a weekend spa break for my sisters Hen party. They Made the booking process very simple nothing was too much trouble. I did change dates etc throughout and they were very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Dealt with a helpful gentleman named Mark. Made an error with our original booking but they were very accommodating and assisted with us finding another hotel for our dates.

I wanted to buy a spa break as a gift for some friends, but was struggling to find the right one. I eventually sought advice and an open gift voucher was suggested so that my friends can choose their own destination and package. Headache over!

I have used this company to book a few spa breaks for me and my friends. The facilities and treatments have always been top quality and good value. The customer service is excellent, they do all the hard work for you. When I have booked for a larger group, with many different requirements, nothing is too much trouble and they really go the extra mile.
I wouldn't go to anywhere else to book a spa.

I've used this company many times before and booking is always quick and easy - I would never use another website for spa days and breaks.
The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are really competitive. I've never experienced any problems with transactions and they genuinely strive to make your stay a pleasurable one.

Received a voucher from a friend as a gift.
Have tried several times over the last 5 months to use it with no success.
They never have availability (Although the hotels, when called direct assure me they do and offer the same deal for cheaper).
Takes ages to call them. Almost always get the answer machine.
I think they may deliberately make it difficult to use the vouchers.

Booked a short break through this company last year. When trying to book found that although there were rooms available they were not available to book with the voucher we had purchased. The hotels have a certain amount of rooms available at the rate you purchase your voucher and you cannot use them necessarily at a time that suits you. Spa and hotel breaks told us that the hotel we had chosen no longer participated in the scheme and to use our voucher would have to pay another £40. Not happy to pay extra asked if there were any hotels available on the chosen weekend in another area - was told would have to chose a hotel myself they would ring said hotel and they would say yes or no - rather archaic and unsatisfactory as could have had to chose each and every hotel everywhere in the UK to be told no availability at any of them. You have to book through Spa and hotel breaks as your contract is with them. Asked them to check with the hotel we had purchased a room from to find out availability and if they would agree the original premium which incidentally was still valid for another 4 months - was told to chose 4 dates - why? asked them to check what dates were available and if they would agree the original purchase price - they would not - thanks - said I could ring them myself if I wanted to - they would not ring and ask for this information - very unhappy with the 'service or lack of it' and rang the hotel myself who were extremely helpful agreed the premium when advised had purchased the voucher and gave me a number of dates immediately. They also rang this company and told them. Very poor customer service and can't use your voucher when you want. Recommend you choose the hotel you want, when you want, at a price you wish to pay and book directly.
