Okay so they're pretty cheap for how powerful their servers are, I'll give them that. But there's nothing else positive to say. I bought a VPS and it took 7 days for them to give me access to it, and no control panel, just the IP and the credentials. Then, they have 0 documentation about what to do, their site doesn't load half of the time, and there's just nothing useful you can do on it.
Now all of this was fine, but here comes the real problem. I had bugs ever since I bought it telling me there was too many connection attempts, I was wondering why this happened so I asked their customer support if they could fix this. They tell me they need my credentials, I give it to them. The problem now becomes worse and the server just shut down completely no access to it. I tell them about it and they reboot my server, and this gave me access to the server for around an hour before it completely shut down again. They reboot it again even though I tell them rebooting won't fix it, the same thing happens, and I try to backup my files externally because I made the mistake of not doing that beforehand, but with no success. I tell them all about this, they ask for my credentials again, and then say they're going to ok into it. They come back the next day saying they did me a courtesy and reinstalled the OS completely cause "it was corrupted", which it clearly wasn't, since I was somewhat able to connect to it, they just didn't know what it was and did not want to say that, and of course this completely destroyed my files, and they did all this without asking me if they could do it, and tried to blame it on me saying I should've protected my PC better (which again was not the problem).
And nail in the coffin when I wrote to them saying this was unacceptable they said to me "we usually do this for 20€ but for you we did it for free as a courtesy". 20€ for clicking a button on a control panel they didn't give me access to, sure.

I got to know about them through a google search, and decided to try them out with their basic vps. So far so good the delivery has been outstanding, no downtime yet, my work has not been encumbered in any way. I did have to contact support at some point when it was first provisioned and they responded in a timely manner. So that's a thumbs up for their support service as well. They've delivered on the services they promised and it feels right to continue using their services for as long as it would be needed.
Been without access to my server since yesterday. Absolutely no response from tickets. Completely without access only my first day as a customer if its not resolved i may be looking at refund/chargeback and using another service. AVOID! (Will update if resolved)

I spent days searching for a VPS host that gave me the most bang for my buck and Space-Hosting came out on top by a mile.
They also offer free addons with every VPS subscription purchased, which was a pleasent surprise.

I got a voucher code for €10 if i wrote i positive review. But after a few months with their service i wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Better to pay a bit more and get a stable server and good support. This isnt worth it.

To have delivered the server within 2 business days you would needed to have done so by end of 5th December, you did not. You only delivered on the 6th due to my constant chasing and posting this review.
Now you've given me the server, you tell me I can have the KVM for free only for 4 hours then I have to pay, and you haven't even given me the full IP details needed to set the server up!
As expected, you have resisted giving a refund and cited your "ToS" which I knew would happen. I will now raise a case with my card provider and even if this fails I will be happy knowing I will give you no more money.

Other negative reviews here are true. I ordered a dedicated server from this company which was not inexpensive (over €100/m). The order also came with a hefty setup charge which I have never encounter before, yet the setup process has still managed to be the worst I have ever experienced.
Before I placed an order, I reached out to their sales team to enquire how long it would take to provide the dedicated server. I did this as I noticed there was no indication of timescales on the ordering page, like most providers have, and I had a tight timescale I needed to meet. I was told the setup time was between 12 hour and 2 business days.
After placing my order I made a further enquiry via a ticket to ask if the team responsible for provisioning could provide a more accurate ETA. I was not being pushy, I just wanted to know what to expect and to ensure things would be ready within the 2 days agreed (but hopefully sooner). I received the same response of 12h to 2 business days.
I followed up to the ticket advising I was aware the general estimate was 12h to 2 business days but could someone look at my specific case and give a clearer ETA of what to expect.
The ticket remains unanswered after almost 24 hours now, which further makes me wonder how helpful they will be should I suffer a server outage and need KVM or assistance. I tried the live chat which is useless and just directs you to raise a ticket which I did already.
Unsurprisingly, the 2 days quoted have now passed and I am still without server. I've now asked to cancel which I can see from previous reviews will be denied due to the "ToS", leaving me little option but to pursue it through my card company.
Space Hosting, if you read this: I've used much more budget providers who respond within minutes to my technical support enquiries 24/7. With a little communication things could have been much smoother. Unfortunately I have been left not wanting to have any business relationship with you at all.

I had been using a previous hosting provider for the last 5 years but recently their hardware was not keeping up with modern standards resulting in very slow VPS reponse times. I setup the 24 hour trial at Space Hosting and found that it was far superior to what I was using. I have now moved to 2 new VPS and have closed my account at the old host. Speed was the most crucial thing for me and the servers I have now are super quick. I am using the "R9-KVM-VPS-M+
VPS & RDP Hosting" and it really works well for me.
Wish I knew them earlier , love the way they handle customers.
