Wow. I'm so happy with this item. Been looking for a solution to a mouldy, damp loft, did my research and space guard was the best solution I found.
Very pleased with my purchase

I run a roofing/remodel business and we've started using SpaceGuard for all our residential rebuilds and remodels. We've used a few different products over the years, but we like this because of its thermal effeciency and vapour barrier qualities. We use it in both walls and roof decks and homeowners always have good feedback. After Spray Foam became so problematic, we had to find a solution, and this has been a good substitute without all of the moisture issues

Was recommended to have spaceguard installed in my loft last year. Since then, the house has maintained its heat for far longer than ive noticed in my 36 years of living in my house. It also cleared the loft off all the mould and damp that had been in there. My sister has also had it put into her loft recently and noticed similiar results.

I recently moved into my property and upon entering the loft space I found that it was full of outdated, old fibreglass (likely from construction) and there were visible signs of mould on my timbers. After further inspection, I was recommended space guard as a solution to reduce the moisture in my loft and assist with mould prevention. I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the results and have been able to notice the difference over the winter months even when my heating has been on.

The best multi-foil. We had this professionally installed in our home to address damp and looked at a few different types and thicknesses of multi- layer products. This one specifically has a moisture guard built into it. It worked really well on preventing the condensation that was getting into my beams, insulation, and cavity wall. After we had this installed the black mold that we were getting on our walls finally went away. We didn’t particularly need more insulation, however it has made a dramatic improvement on our heat loss.
