We had a few issues at the start but Space Makers went above and beyond to sort everything out. Mark came out and fitted everything to such a high standard. So polite, ensured everything was protected and you would never of guessed he was here working. His workmanship is second to none. He is such an asset to the company. I am obsessed with my dressing room.
I would like to also mentioned Aga the design consult who was incredible and spent hours designing with us. Also a mention to Claire in the office for rectifying the issues for us.
You know a company cares when then go above and beyond to fix everything - Spacemakers have been one of the best companies I have dealt with. Thank you so much!

My wife is very pleased with the fitted wardrobe that was installed by Ben today. He arrived shortly before the stated time and did a superb job. He was very meticulous and hoovered up at every stage. He explained what he had done and checked whether or not we wanted it corked. He made sure that we knew what was fixed and what wasn’t! Roger had done the original measurements which were subsequently checked and confirmed by Bob, ensuring that there were no mistakes. I have no hesitation recommending the product which appears robust and well finished.

Great service and superb installation of fitted wardrobes from Spacemaker. Dan the fitter showed real skill and craftsmanship on our installation. Was on time, polite and friendly and worked tidily.

Good until they're not...... Promised a competitive timeline and reasonable cost. The day of the install came and that's when the problems started. The on-site installers were fantastic (hard working, tried to find solutions, left my house clean) but they were let down by head office

The parts given to the installers were incomplete and some of them had damage meaning our install couldn't be completed

That's when things get worse. Problems happen but it's how they are resolved that matters. Head office is ghosting us. That don't reply to emails or phone calls until you've had to chase a lot. There is always an "excuse" (the survey was wrong {which was done by them}, the fitters didn't let us know {which are their fitters}, hadn't seen the email......)... You get the idea. The additional timeline for fixing the problem is longer than if we'd been a new customer with a fresh install; despite assurances that we were being prioritised (which clearly we're not)

We've had 3 onsite visits. Each time the on-site team have been great. Each time they've still been given incomplete pieces for the install.

Head office are still ghosting us. We're now greater than 3.5 months against an initial order timeline of "3 weeks, maybe sooner" and my bedroom still isn't complete

Summary: if it all goes right, I'd be pleased. If you have problems... Buyer beware

Absolutely delighted with our new fitted wardrobes, installed by Mark today. Mark was very courteous and the quality of his workmanship is excellent. The end result has surpassed my expectations.
It has been a pleasure to deal with such a professional company, from the initial meeting with Aga to the fitting today.

We had excellent service especially from Claire and Alice Van Praagh, they were helpful and they had great attitude, we had no problem since we started in August 23 till 1st of July 24. I recommend this company.

A professional website, initially drew me to Spacemaker and the experience there on couldn’t have been better. Responsive from the very start to book in an initial design meeting, no pressure applied during the visit. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly agent who produced a design and costing to exact requirements on first visit. Extremely impressed with quality materials of product which were offered during visit and met my requirements. Follow up appointment with the surveyor was quick and efficient and choice of date for fitting agreed with no issues. The fitter was professional and friendly working to extremely high quality standards within an exceptional time frame. I was over the moon with the end product, which the fitter took time to run through final detail.

I we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Spacemaker to family and friends.
