Just outstanding AMAZING

Wow what can I say...I bought a mystry box with six diffrent sweets in may of this year ....AMAZING TASTE the grandchildren and I loved them the fflavors were out standing of all the sweets sent....so I ordered a second box on Friday 14th ...and I can't wait for it to be sent...this time I bought the seven pk mystry box..... looks like the grandchildren and I will work our way through all the sweets that spacesweets do.....I wonder if they could do strawberry laces ...yum....

Excellent, I ordered a small mystery box and the sweets are amazing! I was amazed! Freeze Dried Sweets are diffferent and very popular! I will order again

Ordered a mystery box for my son few…

Ordered a mystery box for my son few weeks ago. He absolutely loved it! Quick delivery and very tasty! Then ordered some for my step daughter last week. We chose different ones as didn't want to end up with the same again. She loves hers too - the fudge bars are game changers!!

Please do some different ones so we can try those too!!

Will be ordering again!

Poor value for money

Poor value for money - paid £28 for a few bags of sweets - they were ok but not worth the money - the man was rude when i chased up my order - avoid

I am very sorry you had a bad experience! Freeze drying only allows small batches and is a very long process. On top of that it is very manual, all our goods are hand packed and processed. We now have a dedicated customer service team in place to ensure a much better experience too!

Confused

Upon Receiving They did not come in the Bags been Advertised just plain
I ordered XL bags Seemed Average sized
one pack had 6 Refreshers only so if that's XL what Is a small or even a Large

I wont be supporting a company That now Decides to send PR packages to Vile Tik tok creaters who bully others and Are vile it's a shame a company values themselves so low to allow someone to promote on there platform for exposure
To gain sales all Creaters seem to get Space sweets bags etc as well

Amazing new sweets

Great service, delivered within 3 days of ordering.
Have to say these sweets are my new favourites. I cannot get enough of them, they are bursting with flavour and you only need a few to satisfy a sweet tooth. Plus you get a discount code off your next order included in your delivery

These candies are so addictive

These candies are so addictive, my grandson was so excited Ive ordered another box for his 9th birthday.
Ive also just received my second order.
There is a great range to choose from, both ordering and paying are straight forward. Orders are swiftly on their journey to you.

Received order on sat 20th Rock Hard Easter Bunnies

Received order on sat 20 th , have contacted them regarding the Easter bunnies which are rock hard unfortunately not joking , mallows were hard but nothing compared to Easter bunnies , which have passed there sell by time , teeth breakers is what they should be called on positive note , there were some absolutely amazing ones , 1 ok and the rock , there response was going forward order the ones you like , well no I won’t be taking another chance even tho 4 were amazing, they are not bothered with what was said offered to return bunnies so they could try them and see not up to standard , but dismissed , I certainly would not buy again now, seem interested only in sales money motivated not even tried to sort out , £28.80 is not cheap for 6 bags one with 2 sweets so come on take it seriously and check or even dispose of your rock hard bunnies before you have a claim for someone’s dental bill that’s how hard they are, I still have them and they are sealed and inside another bag so you can’t say air got at them ,

large 6 pack mystery box…

Ordered the large 6 pack mystery box and what a disappointment. I feel as tho because I placed 5 individual packages along with the mystery box that I was given ones that weren’t best sellers. Not only that I had certain flavours pick out and the mystery box contained another sweet same flavour so not very exciting when there could have been a different selected. Not only that I’ve seen that mystery boxes contain the fruit salads which is the main reason I bought the box! I’ve seen plenty videos online to support this. I’ve spent a lot of money weekly on this company and I just feel rather let down. I’m no influencer just a normal shopper just seems they only prioritise online people to get more orders in. I now have 4 bags out of 6 that I don’t like won’t eat and wasted my time just trying to get a fruit salad.

Great service

Have ordered 3 times with them and have always been happy with the service I receive. The mystery boxes are great as they let you sample maybe something you wouldn't think to order. On my recent order I received 2 of the same item instead of another. I emailed and they were quick to respond and I selected that I would really like to get the item I had ordered. They quickly posted this to me and I received it really quickly. The only place we go to get freeze dried sweets now.

Just OK

Just OK, came in plain white box so if it's a gift for someone then you need to repack. Was hoping for the dried skittles as they seem to be the most popular thing but sadly not included. Was expensive for what I received.

Cancelled my order - charged double!

Yesterday, I placed an order for a large bag of freeze-dried Skittles, but to my dismay, I was charged double the amount during the payment process. Despite immediately contacting the company via email, it took them 2 to 3 hours to respond. While the delay in response is not a major issue, the problem lies in the fact that their website claims a 24-hour freeze-drying time for the Skittles and a processing time of one to three days for orders, with an additional 2 to 4 working days for Royal Mail standard delivery. Given these time frames, it would have been reasonable for them to cancel my order.

Their website clearly states that refunds and cancellations can be requested within 48 hours of placing an order. However, when I finally received a response to my email, three hours later, I was informed that the sweets had already been made and dispatched. It appears that they upgraded the Royal Mail delivery to avoid issuing a refund and claimed it was too late to cancel.

Today, I received an email reiterating the points I raised earlier regarding the 24-hour freeze-drying process, order processing times, and delivery times. It seems that there is a lack of coordination within this organisation, which may explain the error in their systems that resulted in the duplication of my order and the double charge.

While I understand that organisations may face initial challenges, I am disappointed by their potential deception and lack of willingness to rectify such errors. In accordance with distance selling legislation, I have given them 14 days to refund me and have made it clear that I will not accept any liability for the items if they persist in attempting to deliver them without my consent.

I sincerely hope that they can promptly resolve this issue and turn my dissatisfaction around. If they fail to do so, I will not only seek a refund but also involve the small claims court to address the additional charges. I am unwilling to hand over £25+ to an unhelpful supplier.

Sorry you had a bad experience.

Refreshing a payment page can cause double payment, especially when using PayPal. These are automatically refunded by the payment portal and are managed by payment platforms, not us.

We often have bags of Skittles from that morning or the day before, our timings are a worst case scenario so we try and dispatch as fast as possible whenever we can.

Refusing delivery will automatically send the item back to us and we can issue a refund. Easy peasy!
