Ordered a replacement hinge for our oven with delivery of 2-5 working days but 15 days later I still have no working oven. They use Yodel as their courier . Yodel I believe have lost the package but my contract is with Spare and Square who are dodging the issue and are now ignoring my emails.
Terrible service
Order took 4 months to arrive, never answered emails or phoned back. Refusing to refund money, having to use Ombudsman to claim it back

Appalling service! I ordered a thick high quality PVC hose to use with the air conditioner (I had one like this with the AC, but it's just 1.5m, so I ordered a 3m one). They sent me some cheap thin plastic one. When I contacted them by email (as they don't pick up phone at all), they said it's the right one, even though I sent them pictures and it's clear from the pictures that it's a completely different products. Now they don't want to give me full refund, they want me to pay the postage costs and 20% restocking fee.
