Just perfect service, from the advice pre-purchase, very prompt shipping, extremely well packed. Like I said perfect online purchase, totally flawless. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure.

Read these reviews before I purchased and thought they were a good company to buy from but my experience has not been positive. Once ordered communication is poor and trying to get delivery updates is awkward and I purchased upgraded quicker delivery. Item arrived damaged, box was not sealed and looked like it had been opened. Company gave many excuses and attempted to say they could not of checked a sealed box which was not sealed. Came up with a resolution of replacement parts for broken item which they then forget to sort out so weeks later I messaged to be told they had simply forgot. Very poor service in my opinion

Excellent service, Tamiya truck was on sale and I still got 10% off on top, wow, well packed and fast shipping considering the distance. Parcel sent via courier not PO which is great, well done a very happy customer.

Ordered 8:28am before work. Arrived the next day 10:32am. This was the paid delivery option. But they obviously still got the order prepared & out the door very quickly (perhaps this isn't always possible).
Great there is also free delivery if you can wait.
Good prices. Would use this model shop again!

Easy ordering, no fuss, came on time at good price

I recently ordered some batteries for my Volantex P51Q, These were difficult to find anywhere else.
They arrived super fast with Fedex, unfortunately I didn't let the driver into the building quickly enough. When I got the message re redelivery, I thought it's safer to have them delivered to the local garage. FedEx said they would let me know when they were there.
Several days went past and i heard nothing from them. Eventually I contacted timetunnel and they very quickly found out lthat the driver had wrongly coded the package. FedEx said they would sort it out and let me know when it was at the garage. This was at a bank holiday so several more days went past. Timetunnel again contacted thm and were told FedEx couldn't find the parcel and were conducting an investigation.
A couple more days passed and then timetumnel resent the order.
I believe you find out morel about a business when things go wrong. The situation was not of timetunnels making, but they put maximum effort into solving it. When I next need something RC related I will look to them first. Highly recommended.

The guy answering emails is Rudest person ever, I asked to cancel my order 5 times in end I had to ask PayPal to step-in to get my refund, I will never order from them again they have no idea what customer service is.

Excellent service from Neil at time tunnel , ordered the ftx stinger over new year , shop opened on Friday the 3rd of January at 10am and the car was delivered to me by 1.15 the same day , outstanding ,5 stars from me , I will 100% be buying from them again. Thank you Neil .

I visited the shop after checking the opening hours. Upon arrival the closed sign was on the door but trader working inside. I opened the door and said are you closed? Yes he said thats why it says closed on the door. I thought that an unnecessarily rude response . My purchases will now be made elsewhere

Brilliant online service that follows up on its promises. Ordered various items which when delivered some items where unavailable. So they sent out the stock items clearly stating on the invoice and packaging what was to be expected.
