I ordered a part on spec, trusting it’s size would be right. The team contacted me quickly and questioned if it was right. Quickly found it wasn’t. Not only did they refund immediately, they also tracked down a different company who had it in stock, and gave me the references to find it. Way beyond what they are obliged to do and a first class service.

Their Company is not trustworthy
I ordered a Tamiya parts and Before payment I asked them how long does it take and they said around ten days . so I waited waited and waited nearly 20 days and still not getting my item . I contacted them nearly 10 times and any time they made a excuse about delay on delivery . They never provide me a tracking number either . I opened the case to refund my money back .

What really happened: He asked about availability of a part. We told him the importer expected it around 15th November but that was only an estimate. He placed an order and then emailed us daily asking for an update. The shipment was delayed. We kept advising him the status. When the part arrived on 25th November we told him it was in and had been packaged - that day was a postal strike. We then advised him it had been put in the post on 28th November. As soon as he got our message that it was in the post he started making demands about "tracking" when we had already advised him it was just regular post. He then immediately opened a Paypal case with lies and untruths claiming we had scammed him. Quite clearly he planned to defraud us from the start. A very unpleasant character and we have now banned Mo Safaei from our store.
Very helpful and excellent, prompt service
Bought an RC car in December from Time tunnel models. It’s been great, but it stopped working last week. One email to Neil and I got a prompt reply offering assistance and help to diagnose the problem. After a few checks, the motor was found to have failed. A new motor was sent to me free of charge and it arrived the next day. Excellent help and faultless service. If only all businesses could be this helpful and efficient! Highly recommended. Thanks

Warning on product page that there would be a delay, warning on basket page twice that there would be a delay, warning on final page of checkout that there would be a delay - still went ahead and purchased. We make is VERY clear which products are in stock and which are ordered in, this is shown in bold coloured text when you add items to the basket. Product ordered was not available from Tamiya in Japan for months - buyer then managed to obtain one from a German company who lists only 400 parts out of a range of 9000 items.

Let down by courier company.
Quickly sent out, decent price, but FEDEX has let them down, they haven't delivered the parcel and no contact from FEDEX at all. Would use again if it was through a differant courier.
