I have used SpareFare a couple of times in recent months. I asked a question about my latest purchase and received a personal reply, which was then followed up to ensure all was good.
In an era of automated responses and indifferent customer service this was a breath of fresh air.
I’ll be using this company again and recommend them.

The easiest thing that I ever done. Like everyone else I was skeptical,but everything was so easy. sold 2 vouchers and received my money with in the 10 business days. Erick was prompt with responses, we were ready to loose all of our money and thanks to sparefare we got over 50% back.

I live in New York and recently sold a travel credit voucher on Sparefare. The experience was amazing, secure and entirely positive. My initial questions were answered immediately and I received step by step guidance all the way until receiving payment. Would highly recommend the site and their customer service was a true A+.

This company is legit!! I had two vouchers from JetBlue which I wasn’t able to use and decided to sell through spare fare. I had never heard of them but read up on some reviews. I sold the two vouchers within hours (I did discount them to half price which prob helped) and the whole process went through within hours. I emailed a couple of times as I wanted to check the process and they responded very quickly. They are polite and seem to care about their customers. I put faith in the comments I could read about them and it paid off. It says will pay upon 10 workings days (will say 10 days in within their process notes- but its actually 10 working days) and I received all the cash on day 10. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them. What a great business model and I hope your company goes from strength to strength. Thank you!

Incredible customer service. Super speedy process with purchasing vouchers once a bid is approved. I was skeptical my very first time making an order, but that voucher worked perfectly and so I've been using Sparefare ever since. Goes smoothly every time and saves me a good chunk of money off flights as I travel a lot!

To be honest I expected some kind of nightmare customer service experience but we really experienced some really phenomenal customer service from SpareFare.

I must admit to being cautious about using this site as I hadn't heard of it. But after reading the reviews I went for it. We were given flight vouchers after being cancelled by covid which we could no longer afford to use (hotel and spending money on top etc) so listed our vouchers on Spare Fare. within 2 days we had 2 good offers and accepted the highest bidder. Money is now in my bank only 12 days after first contacting the Spare Fare team. Very happy with the outcome and Mike guided me through the process from start to end. Thank you :)

Spare fare is easy to use! I posted an Ad for leftover credit I had and received 9 offers in total in the span of a couple of days. I was able to choose a bid I felt was fair and Erik was informative on how the process works and when to expect your payment! Will definitely use again in the future! :)

Successfully sold my airline vouchers via SpareFare :) Mine were sold at roughly 2/3 of their face value.

Thanks to SpareFare, I was able to get a buyer for my El Al voucher which might have otherwise been wasted.

I was initially a bit skeptical since I hadn't used a similar service before, but I'm now happy to say that the process was completed successfully. I advertised my voucher and within 24 hours already received a few bids, one of which I accepted. The correct amount was transferred to my PayPal account without any hassles.

What made a huge difference to me was that the customer service was excellent. Erik responded promptly to all my queries or concerns along the way and went out of his way to accommodate an additional request I had.
