I sent a message in to enquire about a…

I sent a message in to enquire about a replacement shelf for a fridge door, I received a reply from a person called Dan and asked me for a photo of the ID plate in the fridge.
Dan sent me an email with a link to a part which looks visually identical.
Excellent service

Could not be happier with this company

Could not be happier with this company. No trouble at all even when things do not go as expected. Not their fault but had a damaged part delivered . With a few pics and an email and they had the new spare part sent in no time. Perfect from start to finish and just what I needed to get my appliance back up and running

Excellent service

Excellent service. Fast despatch and delivery. Very easy to find parts and order via the website.
I have bought from Spares2Repair a few times and always received excellent service, so I have no doubts about highly recommending them.

Do NOT USE

Do not use them, especially if there is any chance you may want to return your item. You only get a refund for postage as a credit or via paypal. They make it as hard as possible to use the tracked royal mail returns - DO NOT USE!!!!

Really good company

From my ordering I had good communication about dispatch and delivery. Unfortunately there was a glitch with Royal mail and they delivered my parcel to the wrong town!. Emailed spares2repairs and Dan in customer service was really helpful. Luckily I was able to sort it out with Royal mail who retrieved my package and brought it to me.
I would have no problem ordering from them again as they are really professional.

Excellent service

Excellent service, could not be happier.
Needed a replacement middle shelf unit for door of Russell Hobbs fridge/freezer. Official supplier could not help.
These people kept me informed of order progress, came well packaged zand was a perfect fit.
