Thank you spares2repair I found what I needed exactly same. Fast and reliable service

I ordered from Spares2Repair on 24 June 2026, order 877425. The item was shown as in stock and I paid £7.46 extra for Priority DPD 2 working day delivery, with a quoted delivery date of Monday 29 June.

However, the order tracking later showed “Due to arrive from manufacturer”, so it appears the item was not actually in stock as advertised. The order was not dispatched until Tuesday 30 June and was delivered on Wednesday 1 July.

DPD delivered the parcel next day once they received it, so the delay seems to have been before dispatch. I have emailed, used the website contact form and tried calling, but no response whatsoever, I have not had any response about refunding the delivery charge.

I am only asking for the £7.46 priority delivery fee to be refunded, as the paid priority service was not provided. Very poor communication and disappointing service.

New motor for a Miele vacuum exactly matched the old one and was delivered bang on time and at a very reasonable price (especially compared to an OEM part). Worked perfectly. Very happy with the service and will use again.

The part I ordered for fridge came on time and well packed. I thought the price was very good. The part was of good quality and I fitted it in less than 5 minuets, that is a sign of quality. The company was very helpful if I wanted any info of part. I would defiantly use them again.

Excellent advice on exactly what parts were needed when no other site gave clarity.

Having searched for a spare part to replace on my Smeg fridge-freezer, I was sent an incorrect part. I immediately contacted customer support and received prompt and useful help to replace my parts and return the incorrect ones free of charge. The parts were identified by the site on the basis of my fridge model number, hence the 4* instead of 5*. Otherwise impeccable service and very well packaged items.

I received good advice from a real person (!) And the part arrived swiftly and was the right one. So, 10/10!

Very responsive and helpful customer services representative (Dan). Believe it or not, there are many freezer doors out there, so getting a replacement one was not easy - I found out that Whirlpool/Indesit freezer doors ) Whirlpool factory code 481244069334 (Indesit code C00317219) ) also fit Smeg freezer doors FR2052P1 and are a darn sight cheaper. In case this might help customers with their replacement freezer door!
Everything went well with the delivery and customer services, as mentioned, was excellent.

I placed an order for a new oven handrail but the part sent was incorrect for the model. I contacted the company and Dan assisted my query throughout. He was very professional and I received a full refund.

Fast, reliable and easy to order spare parts and replacements. Customer service very responsive and helpful / professional.

Poor experience. First item arrived damaged, whilst poorly packaged this is understandable as can happen. Waited an extended period of time for a replacement to be sent, which never arrived, so took my custom elsewhere. Customer service were less than helpful and repeatedly stalled on helping, despite providing the information they wanted and already had, but I didnt need to provide. 4 weeks later, no part or refund. May not use or recommend.
