Very pleased with order. Was exactly what we needed and was a reasonable price.

Our BUSH fridge door shelf snapped off which caused a bit of a mess and left us without adequate storage in our fridge for things like milk etc. As our fridge is a few years old, I didn't think I would find a new door storage shelf to fit but luckily, spares2repair came to the rescue and saved me a lot of money (having to buy a new fridge).

Customer service is excellent, I was updated at every stage from purchase, dispatch, all the way through to delivery and finally to a request for review which I don't usually do but this time I am very happy to do.

Website is very easy to navigate which is a plus - all you have to do is input your item model number and then find your spare part.

Delivery was prompt. Will use this website again for spares. Thank you very much for your service.

What a let down! I ordered a small part for my dishwasher. I paid extra for shipping to come today nothing arrived! Really disappointed ☹️!

Dan from the sales team was incredibly helpful, when I contacted spares2repair to double check the part I wanted to order would fit out SMEG Fridge Freezer. I felt it was worth checking with it being a special order. Dan was prompt, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended!

Fortunately I choose the right filter. An original, fast dispatch. They are expensive but not much I can do about that . Will be back
