Part original and as described. Quite pricey but couldn’t find better elsewhere. Too many emails telling me it was on the way - irritating. Arrived on time.

Dan a customer service agent reached out to me after I had drawn a blank trying to source parts for my Delonghi cooker. This chap went well beyond,contacting me via email and offering to contact the manufacturer on my behalf. What a star.

I have placed an order for two weeks nothing had been delivered. AVOID!!!

The site was easy to navigate and the product was readily matched to my appliance. I was kept updated every step of the way from order to receipt. I had a query near the despatch date and the customer service was efficient, knowledgeable and resolved my query quickly. My package turned up as notified and left in my safe place as I was not at home. The item was safely packaged and as promised was a direct replacement for the damaged part. I would have no hesitation in recommending Spares2Repair to friends and family and will definitely go to them first in future.

I contacted the company via their messaging service to enquire about a Dometic 3 way fridge control panel that I needed. Using the part number and serial number of the original part I was struggling to find what I needed fearing it may now be obsolete. However, armed with photos I’d sent in plus further info Dan at the company requested, he found the part I needed and it was quickly despatched. Fridge now back up and running and what I thought may be a headache, avoided.

I could not locate the necessary parts, so had to ask for assistance.

REally helpful guy on chat who did all he could to understand what I needed and help me get the right parts. Now waiting on tech team to confirm what the parts are so I don't buy the wrong thing. The guy had infinite patience and was really quick despite him having several chats going at the same time.

I was not able to use the part number Panasonic had given me to order an additional oven shelf for my unit. I found the Spares2Repair website easily and sent them a message asking for help. They very quickly replied and Dan - one of their agents contacted me, and was able to find the part I wanted on their system - a different part number.
Dan was not able to order one for me but told me what I needed to do. As the part is currently on back order with the manufacturer, I have placed my order and await its arrival.

Kept updated about my goods and delivery. Arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus
