100% Satisfaction

I am very satisfied with the variety and fast delivery of the items i usually order. I hope that for some items shipping costs can be reduced, but overall it is an absolutely great experience

Customer service and communication is horrendous/ non existent.

Email to Info-at-spareto.com, an email address that no one checks, replies to or even confirms email have been received. Spareto.com live chat with Alex/andrei referred to the above email address and wait for reply or dispute with payment provider.

Business appears to be Third party shipper.

FCP euro is better price, faster shipping and actually respond to any form of communication.

Never ever will I buy from these guys again. They border on a scam business.

I can only feel sorry for the customers who are forced to utilize a warranty or a return as it will never happen, they will be left eating the cost.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

Cheap parts but no recourse for disputes

I have used Spareto previously without issue, but it is apparent they do not have an adequate disputes process. If they send you a part which doesn't match the advertised description, or in my case a mismatch in quantity, you are on your own.

I ordered 2 "kits" of trailing arm bushings with the image showing two bushings in a kit. I needed 4 bushings because my car has two trailing arms.

A single sealed packet arrives and has 2 bushings in it. Spareto claims the bushings are sold individually therefore my order is complete, yet nowhere on the listing is this stated.

By the very use of the word "kit", it follows there must be more than one item included. The image of the kit on the website shows two bushings. Other retailers stock the same kit and are clear that it includes two bushings. The bag, sealed and labelled by the manufacturer, clearly demonstrates the manufacturer views the kit as including two bushings.

I have only received one response to my inquiry and have now waited over two weeks for a reply to my follow-up.

Use at your own risk.

Very good experience buying parts for my BMW. Prices including shipping worked out about the same as the other major online companies, what made spareto great was the parts were very well boxed up securely for the trip to Australia. Will use again

Will 100% use again

I have purchased about 400EUR worth of parts for my BMW F20 on Spareto.com. I have made my due diligence to research which parts I want to buy for my car as Spareto is mostly a market website.

The parts were easily available and were shipped the next day.

I made a little mistake though. I inserted the wrong address for shipping and it was stressing me out. It is the first time that I purchase something of this value online and I was really worried. I sent a mail to the customer support and they were quick to remedy the mistake I have made.

I am very satisfied. The parts arrived to day, a little bit more than a week after purchase (Mind you, I live in Mauritius, more than 9000km away) and arrive through DHL with no issues whatsoever.

I really hope they continue to offer DHL as a delivery service as due to my location, it is very handy.

I have struggled to find quality parts for my vehicle in my country and Spareto was here to save the day. I am very pleased and I will definitely use their service again in the future.

*****UPDATE****KEEP AVOIDING****** So you have replied to my initial message but not replied or tried to contact me via my email to arrange sorting the issue. Basically your reply was just PR so as not to scare off other customers. ATTENTION BUYER - Be very aware of this company *****AVOID***** Shambles of a company. I ordered some parts. Realised they were the wrong item so I sent them back at my own expense (quite a price). Once delivered to SpareTo I provided confirmation of deliver to Roman, who replied saying "the warehouse need to make sure all is in order before a refund can be issued." Several weeks have passed now and even though I've emailed Roman multiple times and emailed their own general info address I have been ghosted. Please Avoid this company. They are obviously getting away with this far too often and should be shut down.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I am only giving one star because I don’t have a choice to give none. I have been buying parts online for many years and never had any problems, that is until I decided to give Spareto a go. My first order, number #326094300#, and definitely my last and only order from this lot was a disaster. The parts that they had listed were wrong, so I had to source the parts elsewhere. I contacted them and a person called Artur agreed that if i returned the parts I would get a refund. I returned them at my own expense to the address provided, and to my surprise they ended back in my garage two weeks later. They were never picked up by them from that address. I contacted them again and Artur from Spareto then agreed to provide me with a prepaid label from DHL. I posted the parts back with them with DHL and Spareto accepted the returned item two days later, on 8th of December 2024. Once they got the parts back Spareto ghosted me completely, and they never gave me my refund. They totally ignored me,and stopped answering any of the emails that I sent to them enquiring about the delay, and asking when can I expect my refund. That’s nearly 4 months now and they still won’t reply.

I did order many times at Spareto

I did order many times at Spareto, and prices are decent no complaints, but as soon as it comes to Warranty or a replacement, I came across two times that I needed a replacement they just come up with an excuse that it's now the right part number matching the vin, even tho I put the same year exactly the same horse power, still excuses that's what i don't like about it, such a company to ignore any returns or warranty replacement i just couldn't believe it

Slow shipping, bad service

I ordered products that were shipped the next day, but they actually shipped after 5 days. Customer service does not return any inquiries. The website itself is minimalist, there is no information and no one to ask. Even after I paid a lot for shipping, upon arrival in my country the prices jumped a lot, which made the purchase unaffordable. So the price on the website is not final.

Due to all the behavior and cheap prices, I have now doubts about the originality of the components.

I have ordered 2 identical parts
One of them arrived as expected
The other was a part of a different manufacturer, that was not even in a sealed bag and seemed a bit used\old, and it was put in a box of the manufacturer I have ordered, probably to try and deceive me.

I had to pay import taxes for this, so the financial damage was significant.

Their service is terrible as well, it took them 5 days to answer my mail, and the response was asking for pictures. They had 5 of them in the original mail...

All they offered in order to compensate me, after a lot of annoyed mails from me, was a refund only for the 1 part, even though I cannot even install 2 unidentical parts in my car, so I basically payed for NOTHING
