Smooth Installation and Outstanding Support
I recently had solar panels and a battery installed by Spark, and I’m very happy with the process. Everything was well-organised, transparent, and carried out exactly as planned.
Mark from Sales was patient and clear in explaining the benefits versus costs, which gave us confidence in our decision. The team was professional, responsive, and quick to address any concerns.
The scaffolding and installation teams did a fantastic job. The work was clean, neat, and efficient, making the whole process hassle-free.
Special thanks to Tom from the Operations Department, who was incredibly patient, supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the installation.
Overall, Spark delivered excellent service. Highly recommended!

Honesty and integrity
Speaking to Abdul was an experience of honesty that I have not heard for many years if ever. We were interested in the possibility of having solar panels. Having explained myself and my wife's age and are very low electricity consumption Abdul without hesitation made us aware that we are more than likely not to get a return in less than 20 years on our investment and of course he was right .That being i would highly recommend your company for there honesty and integrity. And would not hesitate recommending you and s finally we feel that Abdul is an absolute credit too your company

From start to finish, plenty of communication. No hard sell.
I was given no obligation quote with a call back on an agreed date, answered my questions before proceeding with the booking.
Onky a short wait for the installation date, the scaffolding came a few days before build. When the team came for installation, they were done in the day.
I had 14 panels on front and back, a battery and inverter fitted. Power was only turned off in my house for an hour.
The team were happy in their work, very productive, and happy to answer questions throughout.
After sales calls have also been received to check on our system and answer any questions we have, and I know if I call Spark,I will get a helpful, knowledgeable person on the other end of the phone.

I have almost daily calls from an…
I have almost daily calls from an automated service using my name and pretending to be a person. The automated service says it is Solar Discounts and asks a series of questions, waits for any response, then after the three questions puts me through to Spark Solar. The lady that took the call at Spark Solar new my full name and address when I was put through and said she knew nothing about Solar Discounts or this automated service. Solar Discounts use a different number each time, so although I block the number the calls keep coming through. When they called today they called on 0333 053 6115. I don't even want solar panels.

This can cause confusion and frustration, especially if you’re not looking for solar in the first place.
We understand how frustrating this must be, especially as you’ve no interest in solar panels. Please be assured these calls are not from Spark directly, and we do not condone such practices.

We found our experience with spark extremely fast, helpful and professional. We got our instillation date within a couple weeks and the team were able to get everything done within a day.

My house can now operate off grid, and huge savings in electricity consumption are likely.
From the visit of the salesman who went through everything in fine detail to all subsequent communications Spark have been fantastic. The 3 guys that came out to install the system were great and put a huge shift in to get it all done. They explained how it all works and tidied up after themselves.

I would not recommend the company
The lady who picked up the phone earlier said Yes we can do a survey and give you a quote. But then, suddenly lost interest in providing a quote after they found out about my low annual usage and that someone had referred me. Told me the surveyors in my area are not available for a few weeks and don't know when they can come.
