If I could give a negative, or a zero rating even, I would! From Day 1, there has been some issue or other, from the first installation team not being able to put the panels on, due to some issue with my roof, that disappeared when the second team arrived, the scaffolding was then left on my house for weeks after, giving anyone who wanted it (luckily no one did!) access to the rear of my property! Then after only 6 months or so, something went wrong with the equipment, an inverter malfunctioned, which, apparently, 'never happens', then 4 months or so after that, I noticed my tablet wasn't registering any energy being pumped back into the system from the solar panels, and I had to contact THEM, to find out what was going on, despite assurances from the sales guy about how it is always monitored and any issues will be spotted and dealt with! THEN, once I had chased THEM and had a couple of phone calls to ascertain that a technician would need to visit the house, an appointment was made for Wednesday the next week, so already over a month offline, so, a little urgent, you would think? I took a day off work and waited, I chased at 3 and was then told at 10 to 5 that the CONTRACTOR was running behind and wouldn't be able to make the appointment! So, as it stands, at this moment, I have really expensive paper weights on my roof, doing nothing! That for me was the pick axe that broke the camel's back, so I want these panels removed and a reputable company to come in and replace them, only to be told this is going to cost me EVEN MORE, if I want them to send a team around to remove them!! I don't think so, thank you very much. The experience with them has been unsatisfactory at every turn, I would implore you to keep looking and not use this company, you have been warned!!
Hi Dan, wow, you ARE very quick to respond to negative reviews, if only I got that sort of customer service from your operations department and not have to wait AGES for an unsatisfactory reply who ignore all questions I've asked!! (How's the investigation into why your contractor didn't turn up to my appointment going??) So, is EcoFlow going to remove your shoddy equipment? No? So, why do I need to speak to them? They can't fix how I feel about your useless company, so the only people I need to hear from are your accounts department to arrange my full refund and your team that needs to come and take this worthless kit away. If EcoFlow can do that, get them to call me after work, around 7, thanks

The communication before the installation was great. The date for scaffolding section & panel installation agreed within a week.
Both installations completed on time. The installers were polite and diligent.
Spark agreed to have the scaffolding removed within 2 weeks, but this looks unlikely as I’ve not been given a removal date.
Ordinarily this wouldn’t be an issue, but as some of the scaffolding is on a neighbours land, it’s causing unnecessary frictions.
Maybe get a scaffolding removal date agreed before signing up if you have similar concerns.

Very efficient and great communication - turned up on time and we were kept informed of progress etc throughout by Tom Eaton and the team. Adequate warning given for electricity switch off, which was a great help.

Spark has been amazing, ive had a wonderful service experience from the get-go. Every promises was kept to, information was prepared in advance and always cleared presented (there was never any barriers to ask questions- sometimes even the awkwards ones)- especially how some other solar companies have bad practises. My point of contact at Spark, the contractors that fitted my panels and the After care call was all exemplary.

My solar panels were installed today by a very competent and friendly crew. They kept me informed during the day and made sure I was happy with everything.
I then received a phone call from Sparks to check everything was in order. I would fully recommend them .

Very happy with Spark. We are in Cornwall and our Surveyor, Jason, has been amazing throughout. Responds very quickly to any queries and certainly knew what he was talking about when he first came out. All the workmen including the scaffolders have been lovely and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Sales rep would not stop hounding me, even after I repeatedly refused their quotes.
The sales reps tactic was too aggressive for my liking.
Edit: spoken to a representative, and the sales rep is no longer part of their team.

Someone came to our house so we could get a quote, we decided it wasn't what we wanted to do at this time. The sales man was pushy but whatever it is what it is. Since, I have had calls from many different people, someone warning me i have damp in my roof and they need to come and check it (not true). It's just ridiculous how they didn't make a sale and now i have different companies calling me referencing my recent solar quotation. Just steer clear if you want to protect your privacy.

Over a month after installation, scaffolding still erected. Called Spark to let them know, they were completely unaware. They told me it would be sorted as soon as possible - we are now 10 days later and still the scaffolding is up and no contact from Spark. Due to multiple issues with our install, we were offered £250 compensation. After our previous review (11th December), Spark replied saying that compensation had been paid before completion of job - we are still awaiting that payment and yet again no contact from Spark.
Looking at other reviews, it seems we have been very unfortunate with the service we have received, however, would just like some acknowledgement of the poor service we have received, rather than being dismissed. Don't like making complaints or writing reviews like this, but it seems there is no other way for us to be heard.
