Simple quick easy

No hard sell, explained every part of the process in detail. The guys that came to fit the panels were professional, courteous and did a good job.

The whole experience from first contact to completion was excellent
The salesman was totally honest and very informative and wasn't in a rush to made us sign up offered express fitment which meant from signing up to install and fully working only took 3 weeks the scaffolding went up 4 days before the install date we were keep totally informed as to everything that would happen .
On the day of install the 3 guys arrived on time worked hard only stopping for a coffee did a excellent job very professionally explained every step cleaned up everywhere after themselves
Explained how it all works set up the tablet included and the app on my mobile all within 4 hours
System now been working 4 days and already proving what salesman claimed so would recommend spark to anyone
Just want to add a update on this review the scaffolding was taken down this morning that's only 6 days after the install if you take out the weekend that's only 4 days after install so other reviews complaining about time of removal it is not sparks fault the scaffolders are local sub contractors just wanted to add to my review that since install we have earnings of £82.64 from what we have sold back to British gas that's on top of cutting our grid usage by about 60% so it's best thing we ever did thnk you everyone at spark

Easy communication either over phone or email. Whatever been said by Spark Solar is done practically. Outstanding quality work by professionals. No room for any complaints. I'm satisfied 100% with the installation of solar through Spark. I was afraid initially because of bad experiences before on purchase and after sale customer service, but, as a layman, each time I contacted Spark with doubts, they listened and explained to me with great patience. 100% satisfied.

Really professional guys, got the job done in one day and did an excellent job together with explaining how the monitoring app worked. When I called about an issue with Myenergi app as a result of the install they did, they sent an engineer out the next day to get it all sorted. Wonderful service from sales to install completion. Highly recommended. Great aftersales coverage and peace of mind with the lifetime warranty.

The whole process with Spark has been seamless. Very timely communications throughout and the installation team were excellent.

The sales information was clear and helpful without oversell. The prompt follow up was great and gave us confidence on what was to be delivered. Communication is first class. The installation process was really good. The team were efficient and friendly and polite and kept us up to speed with what was going on and progress. Follow-up and after service timely and did what was needed.

Very happy with everything , friendly and helpful installers who did a very professional installation. They did everything possible to get the system up and running. Only issue we had was that the Wi-Fi signal wouldn’t connect with the system. This should perhaps have been checked by the sales team in advance.

What an absolute dream of a company to deal with, from start to finish the whole process was seamless.

The team of young men that visited were polite, professional and kept my house tidy. The whole experience was pleasant overall. I had some questions and I felt that these were all answered, those I have spoken to on the phone have been patient and informative. If I could give a negative, or a zero rating even, I would! From Day 1, there has been some issue or other, from the first installation team not being able to put the panels on, due to some issue with my roof, that disappeared when the second team arrived, the scaffolding was then left on my house for weeks after, giving anyone who wanted it (luckily no one did!) access to the rear of my property! Then after only 6 months or so, something went wrong with the equipment, an inverter malfunctioned, which, apparently, 'never happens', then 4 months or so after that, I noticed my tablet wasn't registering any energy being pumped back into the system from the solar panels, and I had to contact THEM, to find out what was going on, despite assurances from the sales guy about how it is always monitored and any issues will be spotted and dealt with! THEN, once I had chased THEM and had a couple of phone calls to ascertain that a technician would need to visit the house, an appointment was made for Wednesday the next week, so already over a month offline, so, a little urgent, you would think? I took a day off work and waited, I chased at 3 and was then told at 10 to 5 that the CONTRACTOR was running behind and wouldn't be able to make the appointment! So, as it stands, at this moment, I have really expensive paper weights on my roof, doing nothing! That for me was the pick axe that broke the camel's back, so I want these panels removed and a reputable company to come in and replace them, only to be told this is going to cost me EVEN MORE, if I want them to send a team around to remove them!! I don't think so, thank you very much. The experience with them has been unsatisfactory at every turn, I would implore you to keep looking and not use this company, you have been warned!!

Hi Dan, wow, you ARE very quick to respond to negative reviews, if only I got that sort of customer service from your operations department and not have to wait AGES for an unsatisfactory reply who ignore all questions I've asked!! (How's the investigation into why your contractor didn't turn up to my appointment going??) So, is EcoFlow going to remove your shoddy equipment? No? So, why do I need to speak to them? They can't fix how I feel about your useless company, so the only people I need to hear from are your accounts department to arrange my full refund and your team that needs to come and take this worthless kit away. If EcoFlow can do that, get them to call me after work, around 7, thanks
