I am thrilled to have received the convertible fabric kit. Receiving package was wet/leaking. But not enough that it can't be used. Nothing that a tighter turn of the bottle neck won't fix. Can hardly wait for the weekend to get my baby cleaned up!! It's been a long time coming. Thank you. V.

About as bad as they get. Three orders, none of the items were available. And I don’t mean out of stock. The items were discontinued by the manufacturer. That didn’t stop them from charging me, and I had to bird dog it to get my refund. The last order, they actually sent me a shipping notice. When it never came I asked what was going on and they said the product wasn’t available. I wouldn’t trust this company for anything.

Where is the 6 star, button? 5 is too little here.
I have known and done business with Sparkle Auto , Vic Freeman and his son Tanner. for 20 years now. I think there is no finer a businessperson who I have ever worked with. They do the right thing, have fair prices and honor their word period. Their Amazon account has a lifetime achievement award I have never seen a 100% satisfaction rating before. It is only because they are genuinely the best people to do business with.
