If I could give 0 stars, I would! I'm absolutely heartbroken. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! IT IS A SCAM! My husband and I purchased a Low Bunk Bed from this site for our 2 boy's. We want them to share a room when we move into our next rental, so when we came across such a great deal and it had everything the boys needed, we decided to get it. NOPE! ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT! I had received an email confirming my purchase, the next day i received another email stating that the item had been sent out and that it is on its way. It came with a tracking number that never worked, and the website kept saying that it was unavailable or that it no longer exists! I have emailed SEVERAL times! Not one email back! Unfortunately I'm not sure if the bank will provide us with a refund from our purchase 🤦‍♀️

Big scam. Bought a product, order got cancelled, still no refund after months. Just run from this website. Email address of the support is now deleted and website is empty...

I ordered two Lego sets and received an email saying my order had been shipped but then a few days later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and i would be refunded. I never received my refund and emailed asking for an update and was told that i would receive it in 10 days and again never did. I have sent several follow up emails and have received no answer. I would strongly advise people to avoid ordering from SparkleToys it's a scam

No product, no answer from support, no money, no update on product arrival, total scam :) ordered the product a month ago, where is it?

SCAM!
The order was placed on January 19. On January 30 they wrote that they did not have the item and whether I could wait 14 days. I agreed. 24 days later (Feb. 23) I wrote to ask what about my order. No response. On March 3, I received an email that my order was canceled. On March 20 I asked where is my money?!.
No response, no money, no item. I was probably robbed by them.
Fun fact: the item I bought, which has supposedly been out of stock for 3 months all the time is on their site as available (LEGO Star Wars Kylo Ren's Shuttle (75256))

Never got my money refunded after they said to do refund because items I ordered could be shipped to me

I bought toys for my little son from Sparkletoys and he loves that toys. Actually, those are good quality toys. They maintain a good customer service and have a quick shipment. so I totally recommend this site to buy toys for your children.

My experience with website sparkletoys.com is that I bought toys for my cousins who live in another state.As they told me the toys have good quality and quick shipment woth good costumer support.Their price is fair and affordable.

This site is absolutely great......for being a SCAM!!!
Ordered my products on 20th of February, still haven't received it. Also I asked for a full refund and didn't get it nor the customer support is replying to my mails.
Collected information and experience have been forwarded to an acquaintance at Europol who will make a case out of this.

I purchased two sets of Lego on 13 February 2023.
They sent me an email on 22 February 2023, stating that that the order was on the way, but I did NOT receive any update with the shipment datails and tracking number.
So I sent them an email on 28 February 2023 to ask clarifications, but I did not receive any answer and, most important, as of today I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AGO!
I did not find any phone number to contact them, and also the registered office of the company is not clear.
I probably did I huge mistake shopping on this website!

SCAM, I pay money, but my order not shipped

Good discounts but waiting time horrible.
It states that takes 4-6 business days and up until now it has been 2.5 weeks and it did not arrive..
Tracking numbers do not work, I got 2 tracking numbers...

Toy never arrived. Refund never made despite several e mails. Company blaming strickes from shipping agent.

Bad communication and been waiting 3 weeks for my order and delivery date, can not log into my account for weeks

Placed order 3rd Feb. Emailed on 13th Feb for an update as I chose express shipping. Received reply in 15th Feb saying my order was still being processed. Then received two emails on 17th Feb, one stating my order had shipped, the other saying that due to logistics issues tracking information would be sent over the weekend. No tracking information sent so emailed on 22nd Feb to request it. I then had an email on 23rd Feb saying my order had been cancelled.

Absolutely shocking.
Order took 8 days to be dispatched the 5 days later email stating that order has been cancelled. Tried contacting but no reply back. No item is completely out of stock everywhere. Angry is an understatement.

I don't receive the, order for now. It's tha second time when y order and y don't receive the order yet. If y can give -1 Star,y give.👎👎👎
