Terrible customer service
I ordered on February 8th based on the promise of 3–5 day shipping and delivery before Valentine’s Day. The order missed that window and is still in transit.
When I contacted support, I was told to reach out to the shipping company myself instead of them handling the issue. Combined with vague responses like “we will inform our logistics team to prioritize your order” and “rest assured your package will arrive to you shortly” I wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

Company is a joke
Company is a joke. I ordered Feb 10 with the guarantee delivery for Valentine’s Day as stated on their website. Paid for priority shipping and everything. It is now Feb 17 and still has not arrived. Contacted customer services and said sorry for the poor experience and gave me a $15 gift card and said they will tell their logistics team to prioritize my order.

They will not respond to me and do not have a direct number to reach them at that screams shady.
They have not shipped my order and I ordered 10 days ago. They will not respond to any sort of correspondence as I have emailed and called numerous times. They are not even accreditied on the BBB and they have a F rating on there and that should be the same that they have here. The address that comes up on BBB registry is not Sparky Roses so this screams SCAM.

From this company and their shady business practices. I placed an order a week ago specifically because they guaranteed delivery by Valentine’s Day. Without that promise I wouldn't have purchased. I checked the shipping status, it’s obvious the item will not arrive anywhere close to the promised date.

I reached out to customer service, I received nothing but a canned response that completely ignored my concerns. No accountability, no real help, and no attempt to make the situation right. Now I have to spend more money or more gifts elsewhere.

I placed my order on January 1st (Order #SR148067) and paid extra for Express Shipping (advertised as 3–6 days) because the item was intended as a birthday gift.
As of February 1st, more than one month later, I still have not received my order. The company repeatedly states that the package is “on the way” but cannot provide any confirmed delivery date or local courier contact.
Charging customers for express shipping while failing to deliver within a reasonable timeframe is misleading and unacceptable.
I am very disappointed with this experience and do not recommend this seller.

Due to the extended delay with the shipment to Vietnam, we have now issued a full refund for this order. While international shipping can sometimes experience unexpected issues, we understand that this does not make the experience acceptable, and we regret the inconvenience and lack of clarity along the way.
