Not a scam, but service can be slow or difficult
My order got lost in delivery, seems to be the local delivery Company in my towns fault. I raised the issue, but a new order was not sent. After waiting 2 months total for my order, back and forth with customer service i did end up getting a refund. Maybe i was just unlucky with the delivery. However i think the customer should not have to fight this hard to resolve the problem.

Was a really great purchase. Items look really good. Only issue i had is the amount of time it took to receive as it nearly took a month when purchasing it said 5-10 days but customer service was on top of my concerns.

From Mauritius. Ordered a limited edition rose for my future fiance. It was marvelous. Delivery time was quick. Only small issue would be packaging, the box was a lil bit beat up but i guess it's due to shipping.

I ordered 1 mother’s day edition rose for my mom and 1 triple Galaxy for my sister. My mom loves roses so much and she gets sad when they die. When I gifted her this rose she started to tear up and so did i 😅 she says that since I’m away for uni she uses it as night lamp whenever she misses me. My sister loves her gift just as much as her. You have selected the Insured shipping option which clearly mentions 7 to 12 days shipping time + 2-3 days processing time in which we pack and ship out your package from our warehouse. you have placed an order on the 27th of August and today it's 2nd September. It has only been 6 days since you placed your order. Please be patient as you will receive your package very soon 😊 We ship out packages from our warehouse based on the availability of stock. Your package has been shipped out from china because we have run out of stock in our US warehouses due to high demand.

Scam
Shady business allegedly located in the United-States. Their products are made in California, but are shipped all the way from India? Ridiculous price, you can find the exact same items for much cheaper on Ebay or Amazon. They sent the wrong item on top of that. The quality is horrendous. They also block any negative comment on their social media. I tried contacting them over Instagram and my account was almost automatically blocked for being dissatisfied

Do not buy from this website. I placed a order on Feb 1st and and it said it was guaranteed to arrive before the 14th,it is now the 23rd and it has still not arrived. The website also says the product is made in California but the tracking says its coming from China. This seller is dishonest, don't waste your time on them!
