Scammers!

The flower is plastic, the necklace doesn’t even come with it, paid for fasted delivery and it took 3 weeks for the package to come! Do not buy from this scammy website

Necklace in rose box took forever to…

Necklace in rose box took forever to arrive, when it did it came without the necklace, blatant scam. I threatened a chargeback and their customer service refunded the order.

Want to miss Valentine’s Day? Order from these guys

They say 6-10 days for delivery. It’s been 12 days and no delivery. Missed Valentine’s Day. Wont let me return it whenever the hell it gets here. Won’t give me my money back either. Trash ass company. Don’t do business with them

The company is unprofessional and possibly a scam

The company is completely non responsive once the order is placed. I have placed an order on 31st of Jan with the promise of delivery between 7-12 days. So namely by the 12th of Feb.
As per the tracking it has departured on the 4th of Feb from the US (if that's even true or just a fake/scam info). It's the 15th now and there is no delivery and no answer to inquiry into why it's delayed or when will it arrive.

It was a valentine gift , but forget arriving on time I doubt it will even arrive at the way it's going so far.

Definitely not worth the hassle

Definitely not worth the hassle. I received a broken item, I tried to ask for a refund and nothing has been done. Item was ordered with more than 2 weeks before Valentines as a gift. Horrible customer service.

Because of the poor service from my delivery guy the package was received broken. I was furious at first but Sophie handled the situation well. She sent me a replacement for free even though it wasn’t sparklyroses’s fault. Great customer service, did not leave me in the dark like other companies. I will be ordering from them again.

Delivery

On 4th of Feb, I wrote them if they can deliver me within 12 Feb, they responded positive and I ordered, I was constantly tracking and asking them the update, They told me sometimes the tracking lags and assured me on time delivery. Today is 12 Feb and from tomorrow I won't be in station and I will be travelling. The order is worthless!l because I did not receive it until now.

Ruined my Valentines Day

I placed my order on February 1st in hopes that I would receive my items in time to combine them in a shipment with other gifts for my significant but unfortunately it’s been a week and I have no clarity on where the shipment is. Their email responses are just about as good as a robocall or automated support, now my Valentines Day surprise will be ruined and of course they don’t even care

Hit / Miss

The items they sell are hit/miss. Not the best quality. But some of the items have wood stands not plastic, at least it makes them look a bit more high class then the plastic stands that other sellers use, although other sellers are 3 times cheaper... So best going to them. I will in the future 100%

One of my items delivered was actually made wrong in the factory, very wrong, the male statue inside proposing to the female was glued in the wrong place!!! So he was handing a ring in mid air to nobody, and the lady who was looking in the wrong direction had her hand held out to mid air to nobody, it was an absolute farce.

Sparkly Roses tried to say it was couriers fault...err no! did the courier make your items? And glue in the statues in the wrong places?

Then after several emails they offered to send a replacement. What good is that when I leave the UK to go see my girlfriend in a few days, what good is a gift that will be left on my path outside in the middle of winter for over a month till I get back home again! these gifts where for her, for Christmas.

I the end after a lot of emails they offered a refund for that dodgy item, but only after I left a negative feedback on this site about the order.

After they did eventually give a refund on one of the two items I have changed the single star to 3 star.

I was skeptical about ordering from…

I was skeptical about ordering from them at first. Took my chance and ordered from them and I don't have any regrets about it. Looks beautiful and made my girlfriend happy. Sophie helped me out with the tracking. definitely recommend.
