Please AVOID this company at all costs!!! As previous reviewers have stated, this company is not UK based. I placed an online order & within 1 hour sent an email to cancel the order due to information found on trust pilot. Lesson learned should have checked first

Despite a further 4 emails sent to cancel order no reply or acknowledgement of emails was given until surprise surprise, email sent advising order could not be cancelled as it had shipped - no shipping details given.

I have advised the company that delivery of their item
Will be refused and have also contact payment provider to dispute the payment

I was directed to this website from a reviewer but to my cost now realise that this company is fake and provides inferior products. I now have a fight on my hands to recoup the cost of the product.

scooter purchased and 7 months later stopped charging . Initial contact we got some responses asking for photos etc and now for the last 20 weeks zero response so we are left with a broken scooter 🤯

Very poor after sales support, meaning no support at all. They asked me for photos and video of the fault but haven't come up with a solution and then started ignoring my emails. Now I'm stuck with a faulty scooter and £300 less in my bank account

All was well when I bought the scooter. Arrived on time and all worked well. 10 months on it developed a fault. I emailed Sparkscoot and they asked for a video of the issue. Since then I have heard nothing from them. I've sent countless emails asking for updates or help and they just ignore them.
It's a shame as the scooter itself is very good. Just very poor after sales help or care. So now I'm left with a scooter that is not functioning properly.

Would be no stars if I could. Got the company name from a "survey" of best electric scooters. Ordered 2 as wedding present for my Grandson and his soon to be wife, (they live together so have everything) The order confirmation email arrived but with no estimated delivery, so I sent an email from my (in error) personal email address not the one I used to
order the item. When I didn't get a response I Googled the company and found these reviews. If you notice, on the bad reviews there are no responses from the company and that set of alarms bells. I sent another email, this time from the original email address, cancelling the order.
I also contacted the credit card company, to stop payment. The following morning I received two emails from the company. The 1st one was a reply to my personal email, saying that the items were being prepared for dispatch and once ready I would get a estimated delivery date. The 2nd, just 6 minutes later and in response to my cancellation request, was that the items had already been dispatched and to cancel the order would incur £75 logistic fee (whatever that means) and this is the scam, in my opinion.
This is now in the hands of my credit card company but please be warned. Use this company at your peril

Please avoid this company as it is a scam. I stupidly ordered before I researched properly and have lost £606 to this company and am now seeking redresses.
I had about 2 emails back replying to the multiple emails I sent to them.
It appears they have bolstered their Trustadvisor ratings but using multiple fake people who have.never submitted a Trustadvaior rating before.

This is a scam. The company is not based in the UK as the website says it is. It is a scam run from China.
The positive reviews on here seem to be company generated. The bad reviews outweigh the good.
I am having a nightmare with poor communication especially after I canceled the order before delivery. The worse decision I have made to use this firm!

No complaints. Arrived in a couple of days. Yes, I bought direct, but it had a Klarna option on there, so it suited me. Machine seems solid on the platform, tyres and stems. BUT before buying I did check what was considered the best and the article I read says it was this one.

The only thing they send to you is a generic, budget scooter that does not match the specs advertised. These can be bought on ebay for at least £50 less.
They then try to bs you into believing it's an upgrade or a new version. They will offer insulting refund amounts for the 'inconvenience' of keeping it. They will then try and intimidate you by saying that the return process is nearly impossible and not worth it for you - return to China, import taxes, Chinese VAT charges, possible or likely damage in transit, restocking charges etc etc and I am yet to get a return address despite at least 15 emails asking for it. The email chain is at least double that and counting.

A horrendous mob to deal with on your own so get your card company or bank involved asap Unfortunately I payed with Klarna who will no doubt side with the seller and restart my invoice after taking the first payment. They are also proving to be chocolate teapot material.

Do not believe the fake green reviews on here, if you look closely you'll see they are not from native english speakers or are AI generated.

They answer emails within 24hrs except the cancellation request email....that took 4 days and of course your order has shipped and cancellation is impossible. Funny that, eh?

edit: Klarna actually came through for me and refunded my first payment and cancelled my invoice. So I got the scooter for free....if everyone did this then these chancers would soon stop

Still ongoing issues with faulty scooter reported May 2024 after 60 days of use and no further on.

Still ongoing issue with trying to get my money back for cancelled order. Received an email demanding I Cancel chargeback. Not received Item yet cannot provide proof of delivery. Total Scam, bank are now dealing with this.

So, I was looking at a purchase of an electric scooter when I read a review of 4 scooters in the national press and this 1 was recommended.
I read through their literature, looked at the price and thought, why not…..

My realistic review is this, ideal for kids under 14, inclines will be difficult for power/speed.
Battery life seems good, build quality is good, functionality is pretty simple, the app is typically Chinese inspired and not relevant to the scooter but needed, otherwise you can’t use the scooter.

Price is a bargain and delivery was reasonably quick.

Scooter arrived week after ordering and was damaged. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get a replacement but all they want to do is send me a new part, front forks, and fix it myself. Have told them I’m not mechanically minded and have sent photos and videos of the damage. All I get are responses at 3am telling me new parts are arriving. Now 3 weeks since order, and I’ve now instructed my credit card company to start a charge back. This is NOT a uk company evidenced by the way responses are written and the 3am timestamp. God help anyone who has a warranty issue. Very very frustrating experience.

The stability of this electric scooter is beyond my imagination. Even at high speeds, it can maintain a stable driving state, which makes me feel very safe.

Eventually ship anyway.
Still yet to get any response so doesn't appear they will accept returns (and even if they did the small print makes it clear they are going to take a bunch of hidden charges to process a return).
The whole company appears to be a scam built on referrals from fake review sites.

Since I got the SparkScoot Electric Scooter, my commute has become easier and faster than ever before. Its steady and fast speed makes me feel safe and confident while riding. I really like the convenience and fun this scooter brings me!

I have bought an E scooter but unfortunately I have realised it doesn't meet with my expectation.
I have contacted Costumer Care to return my item but unfortunately they are refusing to return the scooter and not giving me the information for the return.
I am extremely disappointed. I have never had an experience like this before when a worker of the company is refusing my return.
According to the law I have the right to return the item.
The lady called Vivian at the Costumer Care, she is extremely unprofessional.
I would never ever recommend anyone to buy a product from them.
They seem like a fraud company.
I am really really disappointed.
