The SparkScoot electric scooter, which I love the colour of and adapts to different heights and body types. The quality of the pedal material and wheels is much better than what I have seen on other scooters.

Bought for my teenage grandson, and he loves it. It charges very quickly and last a good amount of time. If it runs out while using it, I can easily use it manually. Very strong, well made.

The electric scooter is fast, powerful, sensitive brakes and comfortable to ride. And It is small and exquisite, so I can fold it, and put it in the trunk when driving.

This electric scooter is not only environmentally friendly, but also affordable. Compared with cars or motorcycles, it has lower maintenance costs and does not require much fuel money. It is a very practical choice for me who likes short trips.

Many of my friends are using this electric scooter. The customer service attitude is very good and they answer all questions patiently.

SparkScoot Electric Scooter is great and convenient, especially when driving on some troublesome roads.

Avoid. Bad company absolutely no contact from several emails. I placed an order and cancelled a few hours later and sent an email explaining why. Absolutely zero response. Six days later I get a shipping email, your item has been shipped. Completely ignored my emails and continuing to ignore. Please don't buy from these people I doubt there even a uk company. Shameful.

Update. 28-02-24
Two weeks of emails and being offered 25 pound to keep I still can't extract a return address out of them. They tell me in broken English I need to ship to China at my expense and pay customs in and out of China. I've excepted this and still no address to return to.
Please don't buy from these people.
Update 3.
Still going over 90 emails and I've got a return address in Havant after being told it has to go back to China. I refuse to pay to send back as order was cancelled 5 days before it was shipped. Two threatening emails or what I consider to be. Now in the hands of my bank.

Update 4. 19-03-24
Now telling me I have to pay to send back when clearly they sent after order was cancelled. Email response is always from China normally around 4am UK time.
Don't be fooled by the latest 5 star reviews.
It's an impossible company to deal with. These reviews look fake. If I help and save one person then I've done a good job.

SCAM****Avoid - Redirected from "crossrating" who present Sparkscoot as the best electrique scooter in 2023! After the paiement, i just received an order confirmation ! No feedback to my multiple emails! The only way to contact them is an email adresse, NO postal adresse, NO Phone number! It is BIG SCAM AVOIIIDDD

I'm going to sit sit at 3 stars for now as I oy checked trust pilot after I had released my money to them. I emailed them immediately after making the purchase to cancel which was of course rejected, and the response did not provide me with reassurance that a return and refund would be possible.

I also contacted my bank who said there's nothing they can do until the transaction is on my statement. I really do hope that I can update this with a positive outcome soon.

UPDATE 05/02 - following multiple attempts to request a refund, I too have had these requests ignored and been offered £15 by Sparkscoot to keep the "unboxed" item.

I have report to trading standards and have contacted my credit card company in the hopes of achieving the desired outcome of a return and a refund.

AVOID! This is a scam company. Chinese company that shipped an inferior model to the one they were advertising, claiming the better model was out of stock! Going through the bank to claim money back now.

My daughter has been using this scooter to commute to school for about four months now, and the speed and battery have been fantastic. At one point the charging wire stopped working and customer service immediately sent us a new one free of charge. I would definitely recommend this product.

Beware - scam. This company is selling basic scooters available much cheaper from amazon and elsewhere. They do not produce their own scooters and the website is geared towards making you think you are buying a quality product when in fact the quality is bog standard. Amazon sells the same for £100 less than them. Can only return if the packing is intact which is a joke. Avoid at all costs
