Was super nice with his patience and good service

Amazing company. Got my sparkesykkel in 2 days after payment. Quality of the product looks amazing.

I ordered a product from them, waited 1½ months without getting the product, before requesting to get my money back.
They said they spent 300 USD on shipping (I tracked the shipment, it went 25 km out and 25 km back), and then they said they would send me proof of expenses.
It's been months (I ordered in the start of december), they run radio silent and hope I forget about the 10680 NOK that I paid.
I suggest no one purchases from this company, unless you live within an hour of their address so you can hold them accountable in person, should they attempt to scam you.

The website is fake even the post office tracking, don’t buy its a con, I was fortunate to get my money back on PayPal. Most likely out of the country.
PayPal is a glaring symbol on website.

I asked them many questions about several products, and they answered immediately, both by email and phone, with thorough and very comprehensive information. They gave the impression of being competent and trustworthy, so I will feel quite confident if I choose to buy one of their products.

I read the reviews here prior to deciding to purchase with them and thought ‘this will not happen to me’.
Well let me tell you- this happened to me. Stay away - this will happen to you. When I ordered, the item was expected to be delivered end of march. When that time came and went (and i gave them a little extra), I contacted them and got a reply about how it is stuck on the ever given with some news article. I am unsure why a company would lie, but the expected deliverly time coincided with when the boat got stuck - so unless the item was to teleport to norway when the ship passed the suez canal, it is impossible. They have just taken a news article to excuse ‘delays’ to all items (perhaps they had something on a ship on or after the ever given, but timing does not work for mine). The ever given cargo manifest also does not show any containers for Norway - so take that how you will.

However the most dodgy thing about this company is they ask for a TIP/bribe on checkout. I am unsure if this is even legal but I hope not.
Also dodgy is they use Klarna but only if you want to pay in installments - I could not choose to pay with Klarna for the item itself - so will now have to figure out how to get a refund if I do not get a satisfactory reply to my next email enquiry.

So regarding the above, I cancelled my order on the 11th of May with this company. And it is now the 16th of June and I have not received my refund. I have been writing to them weekly asking when the refund will come through but I have not heard a single word from them!

The product has not been received, the store does not respond by email, chat or phone.

The worst experience i ever had with buying things in Norway, such stupid peoples and they think all people are idiot like them.. DO NOT Buy You Will Lose Your money With SPARK X

Superb experience.

The product:
Amazing. Super fast and strong. A bit of a rough throttle on the Long Range scooter, definitely more than on weaker models shopped elsewhere. Likely, this is due to the sheer strength, which is massive. I weight 150 kilos and this scooter takes me up hills with no decrease in acceleration what so ever.

The customer service:
Above and beyond. Not only have they answered my questions at all hours of the day, they've also helped me remedy a few mistakes I did while ordering, with remote assistance.

Price:
Unbeatable for this sort of high range product.

Produktet:
Veldig rask og sterk sparkesykkel. Den er litt hard på gassen, definitivt rykker det mer enn det gjør med svakere modeller fra andre forhandlere som jeg har kjøpt. Dette kommer sikkert av styrken, som lett er nok til å ta meg i oppoverbakker uten å miste akselerasjon. Selv om jeg veier 150 kilo.

Kundebehandling:
Over all forventning. De har svart på spørsmål hele dagen, hjulpet meg med feil i ordren min og hjulpet meg å justere sparkesykkelen gjennom telefonen.

Pris:
Billigste jeg har sett i denne styrkeklassen.
