This is our first time with Sparrow. Our housemate is moving in Sept1. I like how they communicate well, very responsive in answering all my questions. The only thing I did not appreciate is not being informed about the $30/mo extra fee that will be deducted from the listed price. Apparently, it is something they just started. Other than that, I think it is going well. We are hoping we won’t have any issues and if one occur, that Sparrow will be able to help us.

The process of finding a room and signing an agreement was intuitive and expedient from start to finish. Staff were helpful and available even outside of normal business hours.

My experience was incredibly professional, smooth, and well organized. The platform interface is easy to navigate and the preference questions were to the point. I was able to find a place within less than 72 hours of being on the platform, despite trying to home hunt for almost 3 months now. The mere success in Sparrow lies in the fact that the leaser does not have worry about being scammed by an unknown property owner. The fact that Sparrow acts as the middlemen in financial transactions is very comforting. I have started recommending Sparrow to others who are devastated by their home hunt. Keep up the good work.

It was a great experience for my Toronto property, with my other Alberta property, it seems too slow and there were no follow ups, I guess location can be a factor
