New Spa Filter - good pricing, great delivery, easy to buy online

Found exactly the spa filters I needed on the SpaStore website, purchased them and they arrived in the post within a few days. Couldn't be easier.

Good communication from the spa store to ensure I got the right fit for my spa

My experience was great - easy, fast, keep up-to-date on progress and everything just worked.

Purchased a Spa Store "Watercare Start Up Kit". Product label and online store description state that it includes a Pipe Degreaser, however, it is NOT included & the instructions inside the container state it must be purchased separately.

The products are good and well priced, however the delivery wait can sometimes be disappointing i.e. over two weeks delivery to Piha which is only 45km from Spa Store depot

Only negative which should not reflect on SpaStore was that the courier delivered it to the wrong address!

I purchased a set of Vortex filters at full price, happy enough with the product and delivery time. I was not happy that 10 days later you had an "end of month" special that would have saved me $69. Emailed you regarding this and received no response, I'm aware that your not obligated to refund the difference but it feels under handed and unnecessary.

Quick dispatch and good product (spa steps). Rated 4/5 as the steps were a little trickier to assemble than expected (screw slots had not been pre-drilled so had to do this myself). Thanks

Disappointed as I called them to source an item from their website, they told me it wouldn't be available locally for some time. Didn't even offer to put one aside for me when the order did arrive. I went through the process of contacting their Australian distributor and would have had to pay $100AUD to get it sent to me. In the end I spoke to the Spa distributor themselves who confirmed they did have the part in NZ. If Spa Store had a better inventory management process it would have saved everyone a lot of wasted time. I ended up buying two of the item so I wouldn't need to deal with them again for at least 2 years

After some problems with my spa using the new product Silver Cove Pool Sanitiser. I was contacted by the manufacturer
It seems if you have a old spa pool it is advisable to use a non chlorine oxidiser ( oxy shock ) to clean the system
i have now done this and the system is working very well ,as our spa is inside it is nice not having the smell of chlorine
the instructions on the silver cove product make no mention of using the Oxy Shock
all is well now and working fine

Have ordered a spa cartige -filters ,was a perfect items what l was ordered a good communication on the way and a delivery of the parcel.

Products were as advertised and arrived well packaged and undamaged.

Would have appreciated communication about the delay in sending as this was delayed for some time, the only communication was receipt of order, and then sending but nothing in between.

Package received OK but it was a gift and the box arrived which had had a document or something stuck to it which had been ripped off so the packaging was damaged. Not a good look for a present. :(

I love my new spa vacuum it’s awesome! So easy to use and no power needed it’s so good. It also arrived quickly in the post!
