Bad product quality. Terrible service
Waited nearly a month. Order arrives with parts that look remanufactured, in a box that has been repacked. Filter has a wood chip through it, filter housing looks re-glued, and badly made.
Customer services is a NZ phone number, routed overseas. They dont appear to hold stock.
This has been anything but hassle-free
I am still waiting for customer services to follow through for a full refund. Not recommended. I wouldn't buy spa pool filters from them, going by the inferior product quality.

We understand that you may still be undecided about returning the product, which has been in use for over a month. Our policy, which aligns with our supplier's guidelines, requires the item to be returned before issuing any refunds or credits.
