Have a bit of patience and these guys will deliver
At times I couldn't reach anyone on the phone which was frustrating, however if you don't mind just being a bit flexible and patient these guys will deliver. Marge worked hard with me and followed up with me more than once to make sure I ordered the right cover. She helped me with the measurements as I found it so hard! I really didn't know exactly what I needed. Thank you! The new cover is fantastic and delivery was SO QUICK! You guys rock

Brilliant people
Brilliant people, Alesha, Tai, and Jay all pitch in to make everything just work out. As we live in Hawkes Bay. The Tibet pool is brilliant we have had friends who have spa pools and have said how good is that design, two therapeutic seats amazing an a bench seat. We lost our power with cyclone Gaberiel the pool stayed warm for 4 days insane. Must be so energy efficient. Can not recommend these people/Alpine spas enough.

Rude service, phone not answered continually & then finally answered by the most rude ignorant woman ever. She made it completely obvious that she wasn’t interested in her job or the customer. Such a shame, previous service/owners were very good. I now avoid shopping with you as much as possible.

Website is quite user friendly, but I think it could be improved immeasurably if all the data for each product (especially chemicals) was available and easy to see - some of these are dangerous goods. Blurred, indecipherable photos are not good enough.
