We found Clare extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient explaining POA. Although we had POA in the ‘things to do’ we never found time. Then a member of our family sadly became extremely sick without the facility of POA. We then rapidly found out why everyone should register. Without POA it can become an absolute nightmare. I had been putting off doing my Lasting Power of Attorney and am so glad I found such a great service. Clare answered all questions, explained each step, and co-ordinated with family members living further away to ensure ensure paperwork signed and in order.

Legal Power of Attorney wasn't something I really had thought about until Clare had shared some of her personal experiences that made me reflect on mine when my dad passed away.
As a mum of 3, a business owner with employees and married, Clare talked through with me the importance of putting a plan in place if I was to lose my capacity to make decisions. We all think it won't happen to us, but it could, and it happens to people every day. And having lived through some painful experiences myself, I knew I needed this in place.
