Spec and Fix was founded by owner Sean Falkinder DipGAI, MinstAI, RegAI, FDIS. After 7 years within a local family security business, then 8 years at industry leader, ASSA ABLOY; we found our wealth of experience could address a gap in the market which not many had the ability to offer. Utilising the knowledge and qualifications gained over the past 15 years, it enabled us to provide a full inspection, specification and installation service for anything door, lock or hardware related. Whilst many of our competitors are competent in fitting, it is often the case that legislation and compliancy has been overlooked from a fire, safety, security and/or insurance point of view, which puts the building owners and occupants at severe risk. This is where we are here to help you. My front door has been the Bain of my life for a long time. One message to Sean and we were booked in and sorted within 24hrs, arrived at the time stated and quickly sorted the lock on my door plus numerous other factors that were causing it, he even managed to included my very nosey little boy in what he was doing 😅 Amazing price for the work he did, all round great service! First port of call for any future issues (As demonstrated by my brother the following day 😅)

Lock and door repair
Sean was recommended to me and I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone needing a good locksmith. He explained what needed to be done to my door and lock, undertook the job and now I have a door that locks and I can feel secure.
