Fantastic service, arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Changed a barrel on the door and cut 4 extra keys. Even sprayed all other locks with lock fluid as well. Highly recommend.

Spec & fix have been lifesavers on many occasions,

- changing locks after a break-in, when the keys are stolen - within an hour
- changing the locks after the key his broken in the barrel - arriving in 30 mins
- Fitting new locks, so all doors lock with one key - save my business lots of expense in key

We decided to use Spec & Fix Locking Solutions after having issues with a bathroom window being locked shut, we were extremely happy with a prompt and professional service. Sean couldn't have been more helpful, explaining clearly what had happened and how he would fix it, whilst here he also did several other jobs for us including cutting new keys, we couldn't recommend this company enough.

Our double glazed door had 'dropped' and we were unable to unlock it. Rang Sean, he came the next morning, lifted the door and sorted the job. He explained everything as he went along and got it working properly again in just half an hour. Can't fault Spec and Fix Locking Solutions.

Well, what can I say. Yet again Sean went above & beyond, our door was not catching properly at the bottom so I sent him a message on Wednesday evening, he would have come round on Thursday but we were working so he came Friday afternoon & rectified the problem. We cannot fault this man. Attention to detail & communication is out of this world.

Had a call-out to my front door which wouldn’t lock due to a part of the locking mechanism snapping . Someone was with me 20 minutes later and within the hour the door was fully repaired . Friendly , fast service

I contacted Sean this afternoon and he managed to fit me in within a few hours. Really lovely and polite, very helpful! Explained everything that was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. Left no mess and got the job sorted even though it was late evening and was very reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend

Sean promptly responded to my message and was at my property within a short amount of time. He advised replacing the barrel to my lock for security as I had had my bag with my key and ID with my address stolen. Sean completed the job quickly and at put me at ease after a stressful situation. Life saver, thank you!

This company helped me when my door locked behind me with the keys inside. The locksmith picked my lock and got me in without breaking the lock so I didn’t need to replace it or have new keys. Legend

Sean at spec & fix came and upgraded my old lock system in my front door. He was extremely professional and demonstrated fully how to use our brand new electronic Yale system. For the cost of replacing keys and constant issues with my old handle this was both a financially viable switch and has upgraded a really clunky old lock into a really decent new one. Recommended his service to multiple friends and family members who have all ended up doing the same with the exact same review back to me.
Couldn’t recommend a better company to use.
