The range of cards are excellent. The option to personalise is very flexible, just what I wanted. The quality of my card is tops. Whilst the recipient may not appreciate it, she's 4yrs, her parents will. I would highly recommend using this supplier again.

Terrible service ordered dresses beginning of Jan and over a month later still no dresses or refund stay clear !!!

This company is worthless. I ordered with a coupon, (buy 1 get 2 free) and on checkout it had the correct amount of money. When the transaction went through the receipt page it took me to was wrong, it said only 2 cases of the same kind. Then the email it sent me had the correct cases, but charged me for all 3, no coupon. I've tried for 10 business days to email them and called - which by the way the phone only goes straight to a voicemail that doesn't even have the company name in it. I've had to call my bank to make a fraud claim now. Don't give them a chance to steal your money.

Cannot recommend this highly enough. So easy to choose and have as many proofs as required. Much less time consuming than trailing round the shops. Stationery is delivered promptly and packaged carefully. Highly recommended.

I am really pleased with the quality of the invitations I ordered and have had really nice comments about them. The envelopes could have been better but as the invitations themselves are so lovely I have not reflected this in my rating. Delivery was prompt despite the fact that I made a last minute ammendment which they managed to incorporate. Overall, fantastic and I would definately recommend.

I received my Wedding Invitations last Thursday having ordered them the previous week. I was so impressed with the service and the speed but most importantly the quality of the product. I just love the final product and what impresses me most is that even though there is an element of DIY it is minimal as the folds have already been done for you taking the hard work out of it. There was no issue customising the invite I chose (I didnt want the transparent paper insert). I would highly recommend this company for both service and quality of product.

The service provided was excellent once I had ordered the product. I viewed 2 proofs before confirming the final. Both proofs were sent promptly with all changes accuratly made. The final invitations were with me within 3-4 days of confirming the proof and the quality was excellent. The only thing that was slow was receiving the initial sample, which took about 7 days, however this could easily gave been a postal delay. Overall very happy with the service from Special Day and particularly Tom who helped with questions I had during the order process.

No problems with ordering. One small mistake when not enough gold bands were sent for order of service, was very quicy rectified

Very easy website and was spoiled for choice on which invitation to have. We had samples delivered which were beautiful and selected our design. It was easy to enter all our information and the proof came quickly. Overall very impressed, the invitations are perfect and everyone has commented on how lovely they are. I ordered some free samples off special day direct. Once I had made my mind up on them the one I wanted wasn't available. I emailed them and they were very helpful. They got in touch with the supplier to see if it was possible to get some more. They could which was great :-) I now have the invitations and love them :-)

We''ve been really pleased with the quality of the service we've received from Special Day. We looked around for wedding invitations that we liked for a while and were impressed with the quality of the design and value of the cards from Special Day. We would definitely recommend.

The ordering process was really straight forward and took no time at all. I really liked the PDF proof invites we received to check the accuracy and layout. Once We received an email to inform us they are dispatching the invites they were delivered really quickly by courier. The invites look great, they are really professional. I can't wait to post them out!!

I picked these invitations with my Husband to be because they were us and suited us perfectly. We love them and our friends and family will smile at them too.

The invitations, place cards and Order service are amazing.

I would defiantly recommend you as the quality and efficiency of our invitations was 1st class. I was also kept informed when the delivery date would be.

We were having real nightmares over invites! We were really struggling with the types of invitations available - there's almost too much choice! A lot of the samples from other sites (which we paid for) were not as they appeared on their sites and inveriably more expensive than these. I ordered samples of this invite and literally as soon as we opened the sample, we loved it straight away! The card is thick and does actually feel like you would expect it to, and the finished product is beautiful. I really liked the concept and was pleased with the sample, the finished product, the service received and the price.
Most people have a budget for invitations and these came in under what we thought but they are simply delightful. We are really pleased and the printing looks excellent too.

Good quality invitations so was very happy when they eventually arrived but took over a month rather than the 5-7 days as quoted on the website. We also had to chase several times where they were as nobody contacted us to let us know there was a delay. I would just allow plenty of time if you use this company as the invitations were lovely and good quality. Also we had a sample sent which was useful.

Very pleased with the save the dates. Definately will be ordering day invites etc.
