I found the site very easy to use. I looked at various options before settling on the invitation that I finally chose. It was very useful to see what the various combinations of words, colours, styles, etc looked like before selecting the one of my choice. The invitations arrived well packaged and very promptly. All in all a faultless service which I would not hesitate to recommend and which I will use again in the future.

I felt the website had something for everyone and the prices were very reasonable, though there was a sale on when I bought mine!

When I spoke with the call centre they were also very helpful!

The invitations came quickly and I love them, the only negative: the person who packed the envelopes had left dirty marks on them but we did order too many so it shouldn't be an issue!

When you make the order and you go to click 'payment' it shows the shipping cost. However when the order came through via DHL they text me telling me to pay a further cost of £20. I wasn't aware of this and it would be nice if you could make this hidden cost clearer when you order.

I was a little apprehensive that my wedding invites would arrive as expected as the website was a little clunky and inflexible in displaying our carefully chosen wording as it did not fit their usual template, However, after a few days we received a proof by email which we approved and the invites arrived shortly thereafter. They look great, high quality and really well priced. So, thank you very much Special Day Direct - we will be back for more items for our wedding and wholeheartedly recommend!

Was very efficient. Recieved the invitations a week later. They were of high quality. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely lovely place cards, ordered 40 of these approx. size 5 inches x 2 inches and was charged £6.50 for postage which I know was extremely over the toped. To say you get 40% off your order as a special offer, it is just added to postlage, so you don't save anything. I would think twice about placing another order, feel as though it was a rip off

I cannot fault this website or their products, very unique style invitations and stationary and affordable prices. Very good to deal with and i would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Having been very disappointed with a previous card company, we were very dubious about trying another. Fortunately Special Day Direct came up trumps, emails were responded to promptly, and any minor alterations to the wording was adjusted without any fuss at all. The quality of the card and envelopes are excellent, and I felt very proud to be sending them out to our family and friends. We have already had many comments back, stating how pretty they were. If I had any negative things to say at all, it would be the fact that on our particular design, we were required to attach the bows ourselves onto the cards, which took a little time....but hey, I'm fantastic at tying bows now!! Also the envelopes could have been slightly larger, as trying to get cards with bows inside, proved to be a little tricky. These are such small things, and certainly did not detract from our delight with these beautiful invitations......thank you Special Day Direct!!

I cannot recommend this company enough! It took me AGES to choose my invitations! I went with Special Day Direct as the samples sent were great and my questions were answered within a day. Tom is a superstar, (patience of a saint) he answered all of my emails really quickly and my invitations are perfect. Really fast delivery and everyone has commented on how lovely they are.

With special days direct I do not think i can fault them. From how easy the website it to use to the ordering and delivery. Got my email proof was just as I wanted it then within 3-4 days they came in the post! Just amazing! And the quality is perfect.

The wedding stationary I received from special day direct is so unique and different and great value for money.
I love the fact that it came separate too so I had to make it up but this was ideal as I had miniature keys that I could feed on to each ribbon for my day invitations.
My place cards didn't arrive with my evening invites when I ordered them together but one quick phone all and they arrived the very next day. Very helpful.
Will absolutely use special day direct again :)

I can't recommend this company highly enough. We used them for our wedding invites, something I was getting quite stressed about, and it was so easy. The ability to pick your wording, font and positioning was great and very easy to do. The email proofs came through quickly and a small alteration was also handled very quickly. When they arrived I was prepared for some fiddly assembly of the various components but they had made it so easy they took no time at all.
The quality of card, insert paper, envelopes and printing was excellent and it all resulted in something which looked so much better than I had thought possible.
Great quality at great value - 100% recommended.
