Highly professional whilst still being friendly. Callum was very efficient and left the area spotless. He responded fully to my questions. Booking the service was very easy and the office staff were also very friendly.

No problems with the maintenance side…
No problems with the maintenance side at all ,——-excellent,but the financial side poor ,they never change the D/Deach year and we end up having to pay a small amount,very very annoying,and bad on your part ——-please try and sort this,it’s been the same every year since we started and it puts us Off!!!!!!!!!!

We had a service….all good
We had a service….all good. 2 hours later we had a persistent water leak…..NOT GOOD!
Needed to have another call-out to fix the leak - should have been identified during the service visit!!
Not a good reflection of Zip’s workmanship or attention to detail.
