Had a Zip tap for well over 20yrs now, and we had a new kitchen fitted and up upgraded our Zip tap, Peter the engineer was great, nothing too much trouble, on time, good communications all along the way, any mess he cleaned up after himself, and really took pride in fixing it under the sink, his attention to detail was second to none. Great job and well pleased thank you :)

I had a call the day before and the engineer arrived when they said they would. He explained what he was going to do and any issues he may encounter beforehand. Thankfully no issues and everything working perfectly, which is certainly wasn't before!

We’ve loved the Ziptap and have had it many years now. However the servicing is getting very expensive and we could have bought new ones a few times over.
There’s no discount for loyalty with the company.
