Couldn't ask for more from a company
Wife and I have just received the Speck phone covers for our new Moto Gs, and they are as described and exactly what we wanted. These are the third generation of Moto phones we've put Speck cases on. The previous cases always protected the phones completely, and still looked new after years of use. The first cases we ordered had built-in screen protectors, and my wife damaged hers severely through negligence during the first week she had it. I contacted them to try and buy a new screen cover, but they insisted on sending her a whole new case for free, even though I wanted to pay for it. That excellent customer service, and excellent product quality is why they continue being our first choice for phone protection.
Terrible
Terrible! They do not stand behind their products unless you can find the receipt. The case for my iphone literally crumbled to pieces. My first request for it to be covered under warranty went unanswered. The second request months later was denied unless I located the receipt. I thought I bought it directly from them, but may have gotten it from Best Buy. They said I needed to call Best Buy to get a copy of the receipt. I just will not ever purchase anything from this company again.
Most Disappointed in Speck IPhone Cases…
I am most disappointed in Speck Products customer service support... I bought a “Speck Presidio Grip Magsafe Case for Apple Iphone 15/ Iphone 14/ Iphone 13/ IPSE2025.” However, this case would not charge my phone as advertised... I sought collaborative solutions from Speck, but their customer support team was cold and distant and ultimately refused to help me develop solutions to resolve the problem... I own a $30.00 phone case that does not function as designed... I was better off buying a phone case for half the price at TJ Maxx that protects my phone and charges it as advertised!

I bought a cover and it says iPad 2022-2025 and I nave an iPad Pro from 2025 that is 11inch, and the cover is also 11inch but the camera hole is smaller and destines for the iPad Air which disentir nave the same camera hole as the pro the reforme didnt fit. Junio ítem

Does as expected
I bought an iPhone case, and it was durable and resistant, although it did present small portions of yellowing (I bought a clear case). Additionally, the case stayed around de iPhone despite strong falls, giving me confidence that the phone would not be ejected out of it.
One thing that I would note is that the case itself got scratched very easily, looking very worn.

my iphone screen broke twice. the first time it was shame on speck, second time it was shame on me for actually believing their nonsense that they test these cases. totally useless material and super cheap cases. i would never in a million years advice any human paying hunderds and thousands for a phone to buy their cheap product, instead, i would even trust a chinese knockoff more at this point.

Sent me a case that didn’t fit the phone! If for any reason you have a return you have to pay postage! No one gets back to you no matter how many messages you send! There are so many companies selling cases go elsewhere! This company stinks in all ways!
False Advertising & Poor Customer Service
Company advertised the case to fit the new Macbook Air. It does not. They require you to pay the return postage. Customer service was cold and rude. Don't waste your time ordering from this company.
The case broke within a month of use
The case broke within a month of use, after being dropped less than three feet from the ground, onto carpet. Can't get customer service to respond and it is a $60 item! No customer service, no support at all. Two stars instead of zero since I ordered the case and let it sit for a few months before I used it.

Complete worst company to try to deal…
Complete worst company to try to deal with. Refused my warranty claim on a 90 day old case and told me sorry we don’t cover the buttons not working any longer. For some reason the buttons are very hard to press and do not operate as they should.
“ Buttons being hard for you to press is unfortunately not a Defect or Damage to be covered under Warranty for replacement.
Malfunction of the item does apply for the warranty.
As for now this claim had been denied.”
warranty takes a little while
I submitted a warranty claim as I purchased a case from AT&T and it arrived warped . AT&T refused to accept the return so I tried to get it replaced via specks warranty. They asked for my information and everything….then turn around and say to talk to AT&T instead. I’ve dealt with both tech21 and otterbox’s warranty service and it was no where near this difficult.
UPDATE: So speck got back to me, asked for the invoice copy, and shipping address (again), and approved my warranty, I was able to get my replacement case a couple days later.

Simply terrible service in this company. I ordered a phone case and when it was delivered to me, I didn’t really like the color in real life, it looked different in the photo, but the biggest minus is that this case is made of some kind of plastic that slips, it doesn’t hold comfortably in your hands and slides off, and if you put it on any surface, it rolls off and falls very easily because of the slippery material of this case. I immediately decided to return the goods on the same day as I received the case, calling the customer service, they told me that they would send a return label, and they didn’t send anything, I received an email saying: “I am sorry we don't have return labels.Kind regards The Speck team”. Then I called the customer service again and asked how I could return the case if they don’t provide a return label, to which he said just go to the post office and send it, but they didn’t say where to send it to, or to what address, or under what conditions. I’m shocked, to put it mildly, by this company and by the way they treat their customers, terrible service and a very unprofessional approach to work and people.

iPhone 15 pro useless phone protector
iPhone 15 pro slipped off a bathroom vanity countertop (less than 3’) and hit the floor, top edge of the phone. Hairline chipped glass across the top of the screen 3/4” long from the corner. Worst phone protector I’ve ever owned and will never buy this brand again.
I requested a warranty replacement…
I requested a warranty replacement after only 5 months. The case is stained usually the other cases I had I was able to clean them, but for some reason this one I'm not able to clean it. They do not want to replace it after I send them pictures. Definity I will not be using any more speck products. The customer services and warranty is not good. they should back up there product.
