Wish I did more research. Paid way over the odds for a replacement Zenfone 10 battery. And before buying they assured me it would come with the necessary tools. And of course, it did not. And the battery doesn't seem to be any better than the original 2 year old depleted battery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars I would. Advertised a laptop chsrger as a corsair voyager a1600 charger. It was a universal charger which is fine if any of the fittings fit the laptop! None did. Waste of time and money. I opened up a PayPal case as had no response from emailing them. They tried to offer a $16 refund when I paid $23. I obviously declined and PayPal refunded me in full. If I had bought it and it wasn't as advertised for my laptop I'd have tucked it up but the fact it was so blatantly falsely advertised is the thing that annoyed me. Scammers.

Was a bit worried when i ordered an item but i was desperate so i went for it , 2 weeks later my item arrived so i need not to have worried , so well done Usource uk , brilliant service

0 Stars. I ordered a camera bag that said was for my model. When it arrived there was no way my camera would go in the bag. Will not refund, despite not being fit for purpose - which they agree is the case.
So advice don't buy from them.

Another chinese company scamming hard earning folk out of their good earned money. Telling me to cover return postage and refusing to refund their postage. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
Product never worked and was not as described, if they were based here they would be done for fraud but they enjoy the status of being based in China.

Absolute bunch of con artists. Item delivered bears no resemblance to item ordered. Paid £23 for a genuine part only to be sent a completely wrong very cheap part worth about £2! When I complained they said return it to China at my own expense or choose something else and keep the item. Threatened to report them to the Chinese Embassy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - these morons are cashing in big time - their website gives all the impression s of being based in UK - they are in CHINA - their UK telephone number goes straight to voicemail.

The product did not match the one advertised. When I quibbled the issue, I was told to package up the product, mark the parcel as having zero monetary value - which is false - and return it to China at my own expense. After a few attempts to resolve the issue, I was ignored. I have reported this supplier to Trading Standards.

Overpriced.

They have sent me the wrong item and are ignoring my emails.

Firstly by calling yourself Usource uk, leads you to believe that they are UK based, secondly the tracking information does not work so you have no idea when or even if you will receive your item/s and thirdly if, like me, you make the mistake of ordering from them, pay via PayPal as refunds are usually easier to claim.

They said shipping was 2 to 3 days but it was closer to 3 weeks before my order, a new cradle for my sat nav, arrived. However it didn't fit, they'd sent me the wrong one. I had to send them photos to prove it didn't fit. They offered me a refund in US$, not £, but only for the part. They have refused to refund the return postage. It was their mistake so why should I pay the postage?Now they are ignoring my emails.

I found it just about impossible to find a neck strap for my camcorder. Eventually, I came across one on the Usource website. As it looked good, I ordered it. I then found that receiving it was not going quite as I had expected it and I contacted the company to ask about delivery. It was only then that I read the reviews and concluded that I had made a terrible mistake. I searched again and found a camera strap that I thought I could adapt for my camcorder, which I bought. A couple of days after this, I received a reply from Usource, telling me that the item I ordered was being sent from China. I just shrugged my shoulders, as I had given already up any hope of seeing anything from this company, based on the comments made in the reviews. Imagine my surprise several days later when I received a parcel from USource. I opened it and found that it contained the strap, exactly as shown and described in the advertisement. Indeed, I would go further and say that that it was even better (more robust and comfortable) than I had expected. I can give no less than 5 stars because, in all the circumstances, I could hardly have asked for more both in terms of the item itself and the service provided by this much-maligned company.

Ordered a charging cable for a Magellan 310 satellite ordinance gizmo.no problem arrived within 8 days.👍

I ordered an external microphone for a camcorder on 26 May received today 03 June.

Not a UK based company. The item (an OTG card reader) that I bought and paid well over the odds for has stopped working after a couple, or so, uses. Scummy ROBBING barstewards!

Wrong Item received. No attempt to rectify. Just another Chinese business posing as a UK/US associated country with its naming.

I bought a cable advertised as compatible with my Pixel 7. It wasn't. I've emailed the company several times with no reply. I also called and went straight to answering machine. Got in touch with my bank who refunded my money. Also purporting to be from the UK. It's actually China. Save yourself time, hassle and money and go elsewhere!

I ordered headphones for my Google Pixel, and they took ages to arrive (as it turns out they were posted from China).
Then the headphones are not compatible with my phone despite being advertised as being compatible. I have tried to return the item and to get a refund numerous times to no avail. They simply ignore your messages. This company is a scam and needs to be stopped. Google should stop showing them in your search results.
