The glasses he fancied were locked behind high-security displays, priced steeply at over £150. After reluctantly paying a small fortune without the chance to properly try them on, the glasses arrived—too late for his exams. Hope was lost here, but direction and purpose were found.

Sid realised that eyewear, much like shoes, should come with options that cater to different needs and occasions without breaking the bank or compromising on quality. Driven by this idea, Sid envisioned a brand where selecting glasses would be as enjoyable and straightforward as choosing a pair of shoes for different occasions—hence our tagline, “A Frame for Every Game.“

I have bought from specscart several…

I have bought from specscart several times now, and I have to say, its great value, BUT as they get bigger the systems are not keeping pace.

On two recent orders there were errors, the first time they sent me specs which were long and I requested (clearly) short.... they rectified at no cost, good, bar the delay (not long mind)

On the last order I wanted a direct repeat of the previous order prescription wise, but with reaction lenses... sounds simple, doesn't it. unfortunately not so simple, lots of back and forth, different prices Vs what I could get them for if I entered the order myself on their website, being notified they were sending me frames to try on so they could measure my pupils etc as they did the previous time (which, be warned is not simple, 10+ photos later they were still not satisfied enough to make the lenses, maybe my cameraship mind !), when the frames were exactly the same (bar colour so not required obviously)...

I think whats going on here is this, for new customers its simple, for existing customers, its not so simple, you have to do all the same as a new customer would, fine if you have a revised prescription, but if you dont, then it needs to be simpler...a simple would you like the same prescription as X order box would solve this straight away...

I wholly understand the risk of error, I really do, but some thought needs to be given to ease of use for existing customers... it's very nearly put me off buying again, not quite, but if I had the same issue again, I would likely give up and go elsewhere.

So my advice to anyone is use these guys, they are good....BUT my advice to the company is before you spend fortunes on youtube ads (which are good ads), sort out the process for existing customers.

Efficient, rapid, low cost, and fantastic quality

I've been using specscart for years, and have always been staggered by the value, quality, and incredibly high service. I've recommended them to everyone I know who needs new glasses - making eyecare efficient, rapid, and low cost, whilst not compromising on quality, means they're really giving overpriced high street opticians a run for their money!

I had new lens for the lovely frames I had for a fraction of what my high Street optician would charge. They said it would be cheaper to throw them away. I'm going to send my other pair now. Great communication with company throughout

Great Quality, Quick Delivery

Prescription sunglasses 2 days before holiday delivered on time!! Amazing

Amazing! I was so impressed with how easy it was to order a pair of sunglasses. I ordered just a couple of days before a holiday and the sunglasses were delivered as promised. The sunglasses are lovely and the prescription is spot on. I love the sunglasses and it’s rare to say but this was fantastic service - very well done.

I’m very happy with the glasses that I ordered - the packaging is nice and comes with a generous bottle of lens cleaner. The process of ordering was very quick and easy. Delivery was incredibly fast. I think that I ordered them late Sunday or Monday night (for prescription lenses, too) and had them by Wednesday lunch-time. Would recommend.

A returning customer

A returning customer, I ordered my glasses expecting to receive them in time for my upcoming holiday. I then realised I had misread the timeframe as consecutive days when it was actually working days. My mistake entirely. However, I contacted customer service on the Saturday before my departure Wednesday afternoon and my goodness, did they pull out all the stops! Fantastic service from this amazingly efficient, reliable and friendly company. Every person who emailed me was understanding and helpful. Behind the scenes others worked hard to ensure my complicated prescription was dispensed to their usual exemplary standard and my glasses were delivered - total perfection in every way - hours before I left for my holiday. Thank you Specscart and to each and every one of you who made sure my glasses arrived in time. Outstanding service and faultless item. I will be back for more!

Quality, Affordable and Efficient Service

Came ridiculously quick. Cheap and good quality and was skeptical as first time ordering prescription sunglasses however I had just added a screenshot of my prescription and was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.
