I've been using them for a few years now as the service is always great.
My husband just went for the 1st time and they were very helpful. Between them Leanna and Aleem really gave him good advice about his choices of frames. As a 1st timer, that was really helpful.
They now have another new regular customer !!

Great service had eye test with Sabrina in Tollcross shop who was great with helping is and receptionist makes you feel most welcome

I have used Specsdirect2u for a number of years now. I had a unusual request for a designer pair of sunglasses, Neil took ownership of my request ordering the frames i requested and fitted my varifocal lenses tinted to my requirements. I would like to share my appreciation for everything from order to being informed all along and taking delivery of my new sun glasses in time for my holiday. fantastic service and would gladly recommend Specsdirect2u to anyone.

I recently got my eyes tested and I have nothing but good things to say, i was seen as soon as I went in, no waiting about. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the prices of the glasses are very reasonable.

Carol in Dennistoun has got to be the most patronising sterotypical receptionist in the world. The equipment is outdated. No wonder they can cut costs. I got my prescription but decided to get a second opinion from another optician she was very bitchy about this. I went to Mr Currie in Alexandra Parade Dennistoun and he said my prescription was incorrect. Avoid. They cut costs by cutting corners obviously 🙄

Made me up a pair of bifocals and the service was first class. Was met on time by the courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They patiently showed me a number of frames, took some measurements and tests and told me they'd be ready in a week. Went back and they were ready and waiting. Glasses fit really well and I am delighted with them. Would highly recommend!

Shocking service from start to finish. Primitive examination equipment. Examination lasted no more than 10 mins. Picked up glasses and they are burning my eyes out. Back to old glasses, the shops won’t call me back. £200 and I can’t use them. Stay away guys. Most uninterested secretary ive Spock too. Young lad I bought them from again was so unhelpful, called about delivery date and was told to call other shops see if they delivers there. Kicking myself because I know I’d would go right soon as I entered shop. Do yourselves a favour guys and stay well clear.

HUMILIATED BY THIS OPTICIANS- Been using this optician for a couple of years, but was recently treated so badly by them that I would never return and have advised all my friends and family to do the same.
I attended a booked appointment at the Tollcross branch, following an operation. When booking I explained that I had a medical exemption from wearing a face covering. I was told that it was up to the optician to decide if they would see me, if it was an issue they would call to cancel. They did not cancel and I attended only to be told that they would not let me inside the shop without a face covering. I showed my exemption, despite there being no requirement for me to do so, and was still left outside. This was humiliating and was delivered by a staff member who had his mask under his chin!! Appalling way to treat anyone.

I called into Duke St. and met Neil. I explained that I wanted the Oakley Crossover Switch. I told him I had tried " the ones that darken with bright light" and they weren`t dark enough. So with these glasses, you have 2 sets of lenses, which you can quickly change. I wanted one pair for every day reading and the other for when I`m on holiday (in the sun) to read outside.
Neil listened, noted and offered advice. I was updated by phone and my glasses sent out by post.
I`m very happy with the glasses and the dark lenses are better than what I thought I would be getting.
Exceptional service, one to one consulting and the price was right!

Stay away from this seller, I bought a sunglasses through their website and after a week they sent me a tracking number that belongs to someone else and when I asked to explain, they said it has been delivered mistakenly to another address and this is Royal mail's fault! They offered a similar sunglasses, All I could do was to ask them to refund my money. Don't waste your time with them.
