I was involved in an accident to no…

I was involved in an accident to no fault of my own. My insurance company instructed spectra drive to deal with my case and the next day a car was delivered straight from Stockport to my front door in Coatbridge Scotland. Kieran who dealt with claim went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation seem nice and calm. All the staff I spoke to at spectra drive were extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend them. Thanks

Helpful and friendly

The whole experience started off really…

The whole experience started off really well but went very slow I could have been kept more informed which would have saved me so many phone calls the only time I felt confident was when Tom Martin contacted me by email. Waiting for my interim payment took the accounts department far to long to do a simple BACS transfer.on the good side after an email from Tom Martin the final payment was made within the week

Great experience during not nice circumstances

My piont of contact was Kiran Farrow, he was always when I needed him to help with my entire claim including my courtesy car. His team were also fantastic. I hope not to be in anymore accidents. But should that happen this company is all I need. Thanks Spectra Drive and Kiran you've been amazing

i if accident in 2022 i was not in…

i if accident in 2022 i was not in fault .someone say go to spectra , sent me car audi Q7 ,i fi Volvo xc90 i think lots differ, women drive on my car on street parking , was in fault her insurane Liverpool victora will not pay car hire , now spectra coming to me for pay £8300, i last my car last my house and now i need pay this , i think women need pay this not me

100% recommend!!

Went through spectra drive to get a hire car following a car accident that was not my fault, spoke with Kieran who was extremely helpful and kind and helped sort it out within the hour of contacting him, can't thank Kieran enough and would highly recommend spectra drive to anyone, thank you again.

I was in a 4 car smash on M1

I was in a 4 car smash on M1. I had the whole family with me and we were all banged and bruised. The next day Kieren rang me to help with all of the details and he was absolutely fantastic. I was in so much pain that I couldn't concentrate but he tool all of that worry onto his shoulders and help with everything. I can't thank him enough. I totally recommend these guys to help.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, i would definitely recommend this company if you were ever in an accident, the work done by Ryan, Becki and Kieran to help me through this trying time was exceptional, they honestly went above and beyond

Non fault accident

Being involved in a non fault accident has been extremely stressful. I was provided with a courtesy car on day of my accident which was great. I have at times required a lot of reassurance over the past 6 weeks to date. Thank goodness for Kerion at Spectra helping me to negotiate the thankless task of claiming against the party at fault's insurance which has been an awful experience. I can see the finish line now which is a great relief hopefully it won't be long now before I have my car back.
