Terrible experience with Spectra Drive

Terrible experience with Spectra Drive. They kept my car for 11 months just to repair a bumper from an accident that wasn’t my fault. During that time, they refused to give me any updates and kept sending rental agreements even though I had no car. I finally had to threaten to call the police before they returned it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs

Highly recommend this company

Highly recommend this company, after someone reversed into my car, looked after me really well, the hire car I've been provided is lovely. Keeps me informed, with what's happening. Service has been brilliant. Thank you so much

Fast and friendly response in a stressful situation

The initial response of spectra was so fast and took all worries off of my mind. They were easy to contact and never pressured me with time, making me feel like my worries, concerns, and confusions were valid and they were happy to help, a particular thank you to Kieran who was extremely reassuring and friendly. The whole process took just under a month with the recovery of my car and supply of a hire car all happening on the same day. They were transparent throughout. The communication became less efficient once they received the money from the third-party insurer, and I had to chase to receive this, while also having no idea how much of the initial quoted figure they could recover. But the staff on the phone remain helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Spectra Drive have been a great help…

Spectra Drive have been a great help following my RTA. They provided me with a great hire car, have been in constant touch with me and Kieran and Becki are only a phone call away. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

5* service

I was unfortunately involved in accident recently where my car was written off. This being my first and hopefully only accident I didn't know what to expect but spectre drive have been excellent through the whole process, keeping me up to date with what's going on and guiding me through my claim. I had the accident at 12.15 on the 9th February and I had a courtesy car dropped off at my home at 16.30 the very same day. I can't fault there service so far and would highly recommend them. Special thanks goes to Becki Watson who was in constant communication with me keeping me updated on the status of the claim

Spectra have been efficient in collecting my damaged car and providing a courtesy car, changing it when it was a tad too sporty!
Speedy assessment of my vehicle, if only the 3rd party were fast as well. Great service.

Patient understanding and super helpful ,
I made a dozen or so call to spectra as it was my very first claim and the always cheerfully helps me understand at every step. They were really there for me when I needed them

Spectra and the team dealt with my…

Spectra and the team dealt with my claim.
Kieran was very reassuring answering all my questions. It’s obviously not a very nice time going through an accident with all the stress that comes along with it. They were very helpful and sorted my claim quickly and efficiently.
Becki did a lot behind the scenes but Kieran was my point of contact and couldn’t recommend him or spectra enough.

Great work

I was involved in a no fault accident and Kieran went through the process of having the car collected, organising the claim and providing alternative transport quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly helpful and friendly which made what could have been a tricky process easy.
