I bought a food processor from Walmart…
I bought a food processor from Walmart in Jan 2021 and it just wasn't working well. The sound alone was too too loud. In March 2021 I was referred to Spectrum Brands for the waranty. They asked me to cut the cord of the processor and send them a picture and they will issue me a refund within 4 weeks.
I have since been asking them for my refund and they keep tossing me and giving me different excuses. The most recent excuse was that my check has been issue and sent to me since 09/01/21.
I will be glad to get my refund from these fraudsters

I have purchased a Russel Hobbs product which falls in the Spectrum brand's umbrella I have encountered an issue where by my mini oven went faulty within the year it got replaced then it went faulty now they are telling me it continues with the originally warranty but they fail to understand that I registered my warranty on line when I received the replacement now they say it does not count and they say its written in the manual I have sent them my warranty and there product manual there is nothing stated there . I had loads of issues they said they were going to me a sending label it did not arrive it finally arrived this year they have received my item and cannot be repaired and can offer a 40% discount my item falls under warranty I have not been not receiving there response and with this in line
