I won a recent competition with spectrum hair, i was delighted to have won in the first place but wjen the hair extensions and hair products arrived ive been thrilled with what good quality they both are. Amazing knowledge and course!!
I can not thank katy and all the team enough for their tape extension course. I was blown away by katys knowledge, and she was also very inspiring! I learnt so much I can not wait to get some more practice in! I walked in with no extension theory knowledge and have walked away feeling much more confident.
Thank you once again! Although I will most definitely be back in future for different courses.

Amazing quality and colour
Fast delivery, the quality of the extensions are amazing! They don’t mat or tangle easily and they’re really soft. The colour match that they did for me online is perfect and you can’t even tell they’re extensions. Highly recommend!

Were do I start, I love this company,
the quality of the hair is superior to other brands, every client I do are in love with their hair.
The customer Service is amazing, they go above and beyond with the help and advice, everyone you speak to are friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely love going to Spectrum One…
Absolutely love going to Spectrum One for my hair done, always made to feel welcome, great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing coffee!
Had Spectrum tapes in for 7 months and they are still like new, so full and soft. I was given lots of advice on aftercare including products, which has really helped. People always compliment me on how natural the extensions are, as they are usually surprised I have them in. Alysia does an amazing job of my colour and, as requested, it’s still a low-maintenance blonde which suits my busy lifestyle!

Thank you for your feedback we're very sorry to hear that you're unhappy. This is only the case for our synthetic hair clip ins as this is a hygiene issue as once they've been opened they cannot be resold. It's in clear packaging so that you can easily see if the colour matches your hair without having to take it out of the packaging.
