I needed assistance in requesting a refund and Chris was extremely helpful. He was straight to the point with helping me and was very fast. I got all the help I needed within the first hour of contacting them! They stay true to their policy.

App is the most advanced out there, although it has room to grow. Chris gave an amazing support ON SUNDAY and I am thankful for it.

If you have a lot of reading to do listen to it in the car with this app . You can also read along while it reads to you . They have voices that are easy to listen to making comprehension better . Love the podcast and summary features too

Not the right app for me unfortunately however I found Chris in support team very helpful with immediate response and gave clear directions how to cancel my subscription. For that reason I would highly recommend - just wish I was more of a bookworm!

Speechify is a great app which I use daily. There are some restrictions when trying to export articles from my Sydney Morning Herald subscription which Chris from their support team, who has been most helpful, is working with his team to resolve.

Initially had some issues, but Chris contacted me super fast and gave me a few pointers that resolved the problems. He provided an easy solution quickly - impressive.

The app is very useful. It helped me read stuff in a hurry I just didn't have time to read otherwise, and the voices were good. Additionally, when I had a problem with billing and needed help, customer service was INCREDIBLY prompt. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am by this company and their representatives. I've been on Speechify for about a year., has been a helpful tool for me writing speeches, addresses and talks. It helps to hear the written word , so better massage things for the listener. The customer service has been exceptional as well.

I was very excited to begin using the app as I had a number of books I wanted assistance to read. However, on my 1st attempt I learned there was there was some limitations. After writing to the helpdesk, I received an almost immediate response from Chris. Although I asked to have the subscription cancelled and funds refunded, I learned from Chris' response there are other ways to utilize the app, e.g., listen to the number of books that are sitting in my Kindle library. I was so happy and chose to continue the app. Chris'response was timely, detailed and understanding of my needs. Thank you Chris
