Love working with SpeechPad. Excellent service. Transcripts are usually done before the deadline and are very accurate.

I'm a write for a music magazine, and I am always impressed that the transcribers accurately transcribe band names and music gear correctly--including correct spelling.

Quick efficient and nearly always accurate. If the transcriber is unfamiliar with certain accents this could prove problematic.

The response was faster than I expected, the transcription was accurate.

I needed captions for 4 x 5min videos - speechpad turned it around in record time, almost perfectly. There were a couple of very minor amends required, and speechpad corrected them within hours. I couldn't recommend this service enough!

Since I have started with Speech-pad, the transcribers have made extraordinary efforts to cooperate with less than perfect audio and thick accents.

We conducted 10+ hours of interviews with business stakeholders and asked SpeechPad to transcribe them. We got the majority back within 48 hours and the quality was superb. The sheer level of customer service also came as a surprise with consistent one-to-one contact throughout and a willingness to be flexible. They even refunded me when an audio file was uploaded twice by mistake. Good honest service.

Speechpad has been awesome. They're fast, reliable, and competitively priced. If you have an issue they're very responsive and will resolve it quickly. Can't say enough good things.

I have had very positive experiences with Speechpad (I have done approx 20 jobs with them). The turnaround has typically been significantly faster than promised. In the case of one job with difficult audio, I was updated promptly of the challenge and eventually, informed that they did not feel they could deliver the job with high quality so were refunding my money. I appreciated that.

One unexpected benefit of this service is that it has opened me up to the idea of recording some ideas related to my work verbally onto my phone and then sending them in for transcription. For example, sometimes, ideas come to me while driving and of course, these are long forgotten by the time I can actually write them down (despite my repeated certainty that "I will remember THIS one, for sure!"). Now, I just hit record on my phone and start babbling. Then I send the file to speechpad.com and lo and behold, I end up with a fantastic documentation that would have otherwise been in the land of epiphanies-I-cant-remember.

My only gripe is that audio files on Google Drive don't seem to upload cleanly into the speechpad system. Customer Service, particularly Jill Finch, have been extremely helpful with workarounds to this problem, which is why I have stayed with Speechpad, despite the fact that all of my audio files are stored on Google Drive. But it would be excellent to see this problem addressed.

My experience with Speechpad was efficient, easy and I never had any issues with them at all. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs transcription services.
