Never again

Never again. I keep being put on the T-Mobile network which does not work at our home. I’ve mentioned numerous times that I had to switch from my T-Mobile contract as well as my husband because we are in the woods. I was told that our services were cut off December 2, 2025, because no one had heard from me. My husband is the only one paying the bills right now as I’m high risk pregnant. My last day of work was November 2. I got behind on college classes due to no Internet. I asked to send a device back and Rick wanted to know what was a good day so that he could put me on the correct network. I don’t need any stress and as many times as I have stressed to him when he was setting me up that T-Mobile didn’t work out here he still went ahead and set the SIM card up on T-Mobile. Which shows that I’m not a valued customer. Now I owe for December month as well, which is weird because you can check how many gigabytes household is using and my children aren’t able to watch TV. They aren’t able to use their laptop laptops unless using my phone hotspot and a cell phone hotspot can only do so much. My nephew is working and I’m high pregnant and I can’t keep going outside climbing all things to disconnect the outside modem to put a SIM card in there just to be put on the wrong network. That should be understood and customers should be more of a priority. You can see how many gigabytes are not being used and everything that has ever been connected to this Wi-Fi device outside always says connected, but no Internet. Of course I was asking why didn’t you say something so we could’ve gotten the correct network because as a customer I felt I should’ve been valued from day one and never put on a T-Mobile network when I told you about it. The devices will connect to the Internet just for me to configure settings and once I go to watch a YouTube video, load a website, or send an email it shows poor signal which is exactly how T-Mobile is at our home. I am tired of being stressed out and I cannot be stressed out as I am high risk pregnant and I see two different doctors and I just want to be at peace. I’m not paying for service that doesn’t work. If it did work with our family of five and me being in an online college, trust me, you’d see about 200-250 GB usage a month. We have been using our cell phone hotspots to keep the children occupied and keep fighting down. It’s been ongoing issues. As soon as I talk with the representatives and I see that it’s connected I’m like it’s working because it’s connected but as soon as we get off the phone it’ll do that connecting but no Internet symbol. Then we’re stuck with the web browser just spinning. I’ll switch to another Internet company that’s more local.

"Speed Net Broadband Makes a Difference"

"Speed Net Broadband has exceeded my expectations. Living in a rural area, I struggled with satellite internet, but Speed Net’s lower latency makes everything—from streaming to video calls—far more reliable. Their transparent pricing and 15-day money-back guarantee show they value honesty and customer satisfaction. I’m very pleased with their service and grateful for the difference it’s made."
