Everytime i track package with these lot, says it delivered to household without actually showing any address information. Never delivered to my actual address. And I never get the item or a refund as its proven that the item was delivered. Never to my address but its delivered, God knows where....

I am surprised at all the bad reviews.Reading those reviews seems it's the "local couriers" that mess up not SpeedPAK.I will only order from China if seller uses SpeedPAK.
Normally the in transit time China to Britain (LONDON) is 3 to 4 days with every step tracked.
Problem happens when parcels are handed over to Royal Mail in England and the tracking stops as does the movement of parcels.
I placed an order via Ebay on the 28th October it was posted on 28th October and was in Britain on the 31st October where it went into the care of Royal Mail. 7 days on there is still no sign of my parcel.

So SpeedPAK move my parcel 10,000 miles in 3 days but Royal Mail cannot get the parcel 400 miles in 7 days - No change of Tracking number which should have happened on the 31st to a RM tracking so I do not even know where parcel is or when it will be delivered.

I ordered a set of bicycle wheels from Ebay. My package was shipped via SpeedPak from China. It was assigned a new tracking number when handed over to USPS (I have screenshots with details). Tracking show the package was delivered on Sept. 9th @11:38am. My mailman confirmed that he never delivered it (it was a large box... bicycle wheels) and I confirmed with videos from my Ring Security cameras (I have videos). USPS provided me with a photo of the package that was delivered (same tracking number) but to my neighbor, NOT my home. (I have the photo and it IS the same tracking number, but it is a small envelope... NOT a wheelset). USPS can't find (or trace) the wheels. Speedpak blames USPS and USPS blames Speedpak.
Ebay will not refund my money because the shipping link shows that a package was delivered (it was....just not to me and NOT my wheels). Bottom Line, I don't have the wheels, never received them, and am out $300.

Was sent incorrect item offered replacement told 30 days delivery 35 days later still waiting tracking last update says it's in Belgium on 6th October today is 23rd October told "you wait more time" tomorrow asking for refund. Don't know if Belgium post is on strike, don't know why it passed through Belgium, don't know why I've waited so long.

My delivery was early and the driver didn't just leave it on the door step he handed it me in person.

No stars! Basically I've been robbed. Item says delivered through letterbox, but never was! Waited over a month for it, can't speak to anyone, can't get money back. My 11 year old used his own money for this item so Basically stealing from children. AVOID

Absolute crooks.
Tracking says item delivered but it hasn’t and there wasn’t any attempt to deliver as somebody was at home all day.
Can’t even contact anybody to discuss the situation either!

Ordered a Tcm for 2012 focus.Received broken magnet instead.NSPS shows as delivered They're crooks beware!!!

Purchased item on eBay seller sent item with speedpak, item never arrived even though tracker shows delivered. Try to claim or get proof of item not delivered and there is no help or function to do this. It’s just a scam from China

Not sure what ebay choose this company, previously we had good shipping services

My experience of this company seems to mirror everyone else’s on here. Tracking says delivered to a neighbour but not which one! As there’s 70 houses on my street…. Well you see what I mean!🙄🙄

Seller from ebay located in China says that the speekpak delivered my package . I Never received it.
Now with reading reviews from other customers I know that speedpak is a fraud. Beaware.

A package was delivered today by being thrown over my gate. Luckily, the item was plastic but this performance was poor.

I'm very surprised to see so many 1 star reviews for speedpak, I only buy items on ebay from china if they use speedpak, I must have had 30 small packages from china via speedpak and NEVER a problem. Usually the item arrives 6 to 10 days after payment, what's not to be happy about.

I ordered an item using this "service" and while their service claims it was "delivered", the fact is that it NEVER appeared. A cross-check on ebay says it's "on its way". And beyond that, the tracking # provided by 'Speed-hak' states that time of "delivery" occurred at a time that hasn't even come pass yet. How do U explain this Bullsh_t?!

I wish I could give it zero stars.
Package not delivered, tracking app says "out for delivery 2nd august" - nearly a month ago.
No contact details except a web page message bot which probably puts the messages straight in the bin, because they don't respond - ever.
Don't use them they are dreadful.

See the delivery inventry below, for something I needed for work over a month ago ...... the tracking information detailed is an absolute mistruth.
STILL NOT ARRIVED...... and it's the 22nd of AUGUST !!!!!
Awful, they obviously lie about the detail in the tracking information they give !!!
The seller has offered me sincere apologies and a refund..... so this can't be good for the sellers either!!!
The other reveiws obviously back up how dreadful they are.
Ask your sellers who they are using for delivery and if they use SpeedPak, request they use a different one .
Hopefully we can put this mob out of business if we all work together 👍

Speedpak is excellent. I placed my order from China on August 9 2022 my time at 9:20pm, which was August 10, 2022 China time. I tracked my package with no issues and received my package by August 19, 2022 at 10:30am which was excellent. I received my package within 8 working days. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE SPEEDPAK ANYTIME TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT DELIVERY SERVICE SPEEDPAK

Delayed the arrive date and I still haven't got it, it was originally meant to come today but I bet it's like the other reviews, I bet this irresponsible company has lost the package, if it has I will get my money back by every means necessary, they're worse than Hermes and that delivery service is total dog crap! This stupid damn company should've never existed...

Ordered three seperate items from eBay. All three items got lost via SpeedPAK.
